I called amplifon customer care number regarding my appointment of head and aid to get a test of audiometry, the other person took my details for slot booking, but he dint booked any slot for my audiometry, I got to knew this after I reached the address where he suggested me to go get tested, and at the hearing center also they dint did my testing saying I dont need it...

I am writing this as an extremely disappointed and dissatisfied and cheated customer and I hope Amplifon will take these things into consideration before desperately calling me with half-assed “solutions” as a PR exercise which are actually of no help.

I had actually emailed them with my grievances but received no response.

This complaint is not addressed to the hearing aid centres and Amplifon’s employees....

My mother had purchased an ear phone in May 2018 as she is hard of hearing from the Amplifon outlet inside Columbia Asia Whitefield with a warranty period of 2years for an amount of approximately INR 90, 000 for both the ears. Had ordered hearing aid for my mother and one of the expensive ones that was recommended strongly by the store technician. I was supposed to get the delivery today and was asked to visit your Behala, Kolkata outlet where the order was given. Entire day they made me wait and said courier is coming. First they mentioned DTDC and then blue dart !! And now at this last hour they call and say it will be done on Tuesday. What pathetic and aweful...

We purchased hearing aids, product VEA 362-DVI RIE for my mother from Amplifon in Oct 2015 through Suraksha hospital in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
Device name is 'VEA 362-DVI RIE' and we have taken for both the ears. The percentage of hearing loss was around 50% and the doctor and audiologist has suggested to go for hearing aids.
