My name is shyam singh, my ci - dh545 i have an account with amarpali aadya trading & investment p. Ltd, i have some share in amarpali aadya but now there no one to pick my phone than i come to know that sebi has stop trading sell & purchase of share. Now i am hope less becouse no one inform me from amrapali aady regarding my share. Please look into it and clear my problem asap.

My investment in shares worth rs 18 lakh invested in your trading account were continued in the pool account instead of transfer to my dp account. You have also stopped your trading site and also no data in your back office. Though i lodged a complaint with you on[protected] there is no reply from you to date. Due to above my hard earnings were blocked and non-transfer of shares from pool to dp account is against the sebi norms. Due to above i sustained a trading loss of about rs 2 lakh besides my investment of rs 18 lakh. Thus i request you to transfer the stocks immediately to my dp account and let me know the compliance of my complaint.

Have transferred my shares from angel broking to this company last year. But now i got to know that my 6500 shares have been debited and used without my permission and i got no info on this. Now after a lot of inquiry it been clear from the company that there owner sanjeev has done some scam and used all the investors money.
What shud i do know???
I invested all my savings in to shares for long term investement and now have nothing in hand... Please help me out..

We wish to bring to your notice we have sizeable investments in shares through your company in accounts 46m02, 46 m06 and 46 u01.
I have since a couple of months been telling our agent that these shares are not reflecting in the mails i receive from ndsl.
I have come to know they are in some pool and i do not want any of our shares in any pool. We are perfectly comfortable to trade without margins.
I request all our shares be converted to demat form without any delay.

Sir our client id's are 45p112 45r243 45r255 and 45s339 and are requesting the company to transfer these shares to dp account as they have kept my shares in their pool account they are not inferring because they have taken loans we want to know by whom permission what sebi / nse /bse people are doing why they are allowing loans to brockerage house on their clients holding what other finance ministry help us to get our holding back

My name is deep chandra singhal, i have a mcx account, i have asked for payout on 28/08/2017. But unfortunately i didn't received my payout till date as its a free balance. Its already been more then 2 week passed away, still i didn't received my payment yet. I am unable to understand the process and a regular confirmation by your representative side of getting my payment have been failing day by day. I have mailed on company mail id [protected]@amrapaliaadya.in but didn't received any mail from company please look into it and clear my payment asap.

I Kishan Kumar lohia a loyal client of yours, did a trade on bse on 12 July 2017.But unfortunately I didn't received my payout yet.Its already been 2 week passed away, still I didn't received my payement yet.As your company policy of T+2(day) had failed and a regular confirmation by your representative side of getting my payment have been failing day by day.Please look into it and clear my payment ASAP.

Respected honorable Managers Amrapali Aadya,
I had opened my Amrapali account with wish to have a clear, transparent and honest business experience at Amrapali Aadya (https://www.amrapaliaadya.in/).

But recently with lot of wrong charges to my account, wrong and unauthorized trades in my account leading to losses, I want justice and reversal and undoing of all unpermitted things happening in my account including pulling all my shares to my Amrapali Collateral from my DP WITHOUT ANY MARGIN NEED OR consent,

I was told at time of account opening that I can utilize the margin given by moving my shares as collaterals ad so with that understanding I have moved my DP shares from my old DP account to Amrapali account; but Defying all commitments, Deepak Prashar negated the same and emailed me that the open positions cannot be created on margin which one gets from keeping Shares inc collaterals. This creates a very bad image of Amrapali group as a traitor and fraud, so I request you to please ensure your managers rely and stick to their commitment to customers.


i have hope that Amrapali management has a long term vision for the group and is a big respectable group in NCR so will pay heed to my request as i though that this will be better approach than engaging SEBI Redressal System which I do not want to do if your managers behave with ethics and with honesty;

With lot fo hope as a final step before approaching SEBI, i look for your help and resolution of issues. So far I have spoken to Deepak Prashar who has not been Able to help and resolve these issues;

My APPROX 12 lakhs of shares are moved to Amrapali Collaterals without my consent and need, I have open position around 80, 000 only so there was no need to pull 12 lakhs of scripts from my DP in Amrapali account as collaterals. This is also against SEBI guidelines for brokerages that you cannot hold extra margin in collaterals accounts

I also want that my issue should not be given to Deepak Prashar for resolution as i do not expect Deepak Prarshar (Asst VP Amrapali aadya Trading and Investment Pvt Ltd) to resolve this as he is involved in all this harassment and has ignored my complaints. So far Deepak Prashar has shown a bad face of Amrapali Aadya and has presents an inethical and dishonest and untrustworthy face of Amrapali Aadya.

I request
1. All my shares to be moved to my DP AND NOT KEEP IN Amrapali pool or collaterals unless required against margin.
2. UNAUTHORIZED TRADES AND LOSS DUE PUNCHING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION SHOULD BE REVERSED (CALCULATIONS ARE SHARED WITH TAJ MOHAMMAD AND DEEPAK PRASHAR AMOUNTING TO 4580/-)

I PLEAD TO AMRAPALI MANAGEMENT TO ASSIGN ONE HONEST PERSON from AMRAPALI AADYA WHO CAN HELP RESOLVE AND INVESTIGATE THIS AND PREVENT THIS CASE FROM BEING REPORTED OUTSIDE SO AS TO RESOLVE AMICABLY.
