About not receiving cylinder

Everytime i had faced problem to get my gas refill from this hp gas agency (Amrapalli hp gas - chinchwad, pune-411033, mh
). After calling them they told me saying that your gas cylinder has been delivered without actual delivery. Almost after 8 days from booking they have not delivered my gas cylinder after so many phone calls and one time visit to their office. They cut the phone and there are no place to raise the complaint for the resolutions. Their delivery man also take extra money (Rs20/) while delivering the gas cylinder.
My last gas book is done on the month of 12 june 2016, my consumer no is 661129 but still now they have not delivered the gas cylinder although i had called them on 16, 19, 20 june and then every time they told me that your gas refill will be delivered in next 48 hours time.. Completely hopeless. Kindly take necessary actions to deliver my gas refill quickly. Thank you

I have HP - LPG gas connection registered with Amarapali gas agency. Since April 2011 this services provider is delaying cylinder supply for more than 15 - 20 days. When inquired gives arrogant answers with abusive language. Please help.
