I had booked a cylinder 1 month before online and yet not received tried calling delivery man at start he said I'll bring today but now he is not answering my call

I am consumer of anand gas service, a distributor of bharat gas.my consumer no. is 28394. I booked my cylinder on 11/09/13,delivery man came with gas cylinder on 15/09/13 but reached without weighing machine. I manage weighing machine anyhow, but cylinder weight was showing 28.1 kg instead of 29.2 kg(15.0 kg.). I told him to come with another cylinder, but he did not come again.Also my booking was cancelled.
please take this complaint seriously so that deliveryman comes with weighing machine and gas cylinder registration on this behalf could not be cancelled.

I had booked a refill cylinder on 17-July-2013 by SMS. Even today, 05-Aug-2013, I was told by the agent it will take another week to get Refill Cylinder. Other Indane agents are delivering Refill Cylinders within one week from the date of Booking. Last month I had received SMS saying that the cylinder has already been delivered. But actually I did not get the cylinder. I was told it will take some more days even If I get the “cylinder delivered SMS”. The activities by agent is suspicious and needs to be investigated thoroughly. Also they never entertain/respond over the phone to the customers problems. Please provide as much information as possible...

THIS IS TO BRING YOUR NOTICE THAT I AM TRYING TO BOOK GAS CYLINDER BUT THE TELEPHONE LINES ARE CONTINOUSLY GETTING ENGAGED. SO I HAD TAKEN ONE DAY LEAVE FROM MY OFFICE ON 6TH OCTOBER 2012 AND PERSONALLY GONE THERE TO BOOK THE CYLINDER. THEY HAD GIVEN ME A BOOKING NO OF 258 AND TOLD THAT THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 6 DAYS.

TILL NOW IT IS NOT DELIVERED.. THEIR PHONE IS GETTING ENGAGED. WHAT TO DO? THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM

The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking. But I am amazing about this poor service.

I had booked a cylinder refill as per followings on 19th October, 2009:

Till date I haven't received the cylinder. It is very irritating to book a cylinder thru telephone because they don't picks the phone or the voice comes like "dialled number is busy please dial after sometime", the entire day it comes. I don't know how to do this. Its crazy. They have 2 numbers[protected], 26945691. If the online booking can't work then why this service is in process. Please suggest what to do?
