I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the LPG distributor with Distributor Code 117441, who has been allegedly issuing fake LPG connections without proper Aadhaar verification. This malpractice not only violates the guidelines set by Indian Oil Corporation but also raises serious concerns regarding transparency, security, and misuse of government subsidies.

I have observed that multiple individuals have received new gas connections without their Aadhaar being linked or verified, which goes against the prescribed norms for ensuring genuine beneficiaries. This unethical practice could lead to misuse of government resources, black marketing of LPG cylinders, and financial losses for both the government and genuine customers.

I kindly request your office to initiate an immediate investigation into this matter and take strict action against the distributor if found guilty. Additionally, I urge you to ensure that all LPG connections issued under this distributor are re-verified to prevent further fraud.

I am willing to provide more details or assist in the investigation if required. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and update me on the action taken at the earliest.

This is second time happening for me in last 8 months and my connection with Bharath gas - Prateek is getting BLOCKED

    I booked on IVR for refill twice and it has got cancelled twice without any reasoning. After enquiring with the gas agency in person, they told that delivery guys came to my home and saw that no one is present and returned, hence my booking is cancelled It seems they will call / intimate anybody we have to be home at any time to recieve the booking. My complaint is : both my wife and me work for a company how can the gas company think that people will remain at home without proper intimation of when the gas will be delivered. after a booking it take more than 2 weeks to 1 month to get the cylinder delivered. What kind proffessionalism is this company mainitaining and the government wants us to give up subsidy?? Eventually I had to do IVR booking again and next day go and collect the gas cylinder myself. There has to be somekind of intimation to the customer 1 day prior as to when and what time the cylinder will be delivered.       Extra ordinary delay in suply
      I am using indane from 2002 and my customer no. is 48573. The normal procedure for booking a gas is 21 days after the previous supply. I received a gas cylinder on 15.08.11 and booked another on 23.08.11 thru their 24 Hrs booking system and booking no is 262633. The Pity is that this New System is a Worst system. It neither gives you the probable date of delivery nor the Agency is able to provide any information about it. You dial the Agenct number and nobody takes the Call.
      Also to add this the Delivery boy plays with us in the Pretext the Door is Closed. Though for every Cylinder he delivers to us he took Additional Rs.15/- for his pocket money.

      We are service people and it is expected that we will not be available at home during the 9-5 Timings.
      I am following them. Every time they give a cell no [protected] to contact which is used to be off all the time. Looking forward your immediate attention

      Ananth Gas Agency — Delivery of Gas Cylinder

      This is regarding Ananth Gas Agency (Indane) HAL Bangalore. They will never pick up the phone and all the working staff is very irresponsible. They have given 6-7 numbers but none of all of them will be busy at all time and even if by any small chance you get the ring nobody will pick up the phone. I am using inadane since a long time and after coming to bangalore our dealer is Ananth Agency but I am very tired of them. Kindly take very serious action against them, everyone is tired of them.
      I agree to it, even i am facing the same problem, i had booked gas 25days before, still i did not receive it.

      They say that, they came one and the door was locked and after that it is 2 weeks till now i did not receive it, when i approach them twice they are very rude and say they will send tomm, but did not get it.

      Can you please take proper action on it.
      I am also suffering from last two months. Ananth Gas Agency is telling that one cylinder can be delivered once in 50 days. Is it not looking impossible? How can a cylinder go for 50 days ? Everyday you can see a big queue in his office and we can see so many unhappy faces. They cannot give a commitment as when to deliver.

      I doubt after the legal document verification, gas cylinders are sold in black market( Some cylinder selling scam) leaving the impact on normal consumers. Please take quick action so that all the consumers can be happy.

      It is been more than 2 months I have booked for refill, cylinder not yet delivered, complained IOC, IOC also told it will be delivered soon( almost a month ago), still it is not delivered. I have complained again for the second time today, still waiting for cylinder to be delivered, no response from ananth gas agency yet...
