Angel One Complaints & Reviews

Since i have filed complaints to angel one to stop such daily text sms. But yet they are not stopping. Its very irritating and headache to handle such 5 to 10 text sms daily. Take quick action and stop this madness.

I've seen 1 voucher in my reward section 50 bundle trade offer, so I click on it to see details about it. It requires OTP so I provided OTP, but when I see It's not a free offer it requires 500+18% Gst = 590rs, I escape from this point, I didn't paid for it but the next day angle one deducted the money from my account and says voucher is applied to your account just because I completed the process of OTP. i want refund from angle one

I am trying to withdrawn my fund from angel one but itts seems 2 days its only showing pending..no one help me i tried call 4 to 5 times today..but only the told me to wait..plss help me..i will file complaint

Yet again in a span of 2 days the payment is delayed. You guys always have a technical issue. The funds requested as. Payout before 5.30 pm are also never credited on the same day. Never happens. This is my 7th complaint. By any chance is your company going to go bankrupt? Because we cannot use our own funds. We are facing this since 12th march 2022. Attached are my older emails. Snapshots.

I have given a request around 3.30 pm and yet we have an issue.

1. (Kindly note that if the funds withdrawal request is placed before 5:30 pm funds will get transferred to your bank account on the same day after 7.30 pm. However, if the request is placed post 5:30 the funds will be transferred on the next day)
This is given to us from your side. We placed the request yesterday at 3:00 pm even before the market closed. Still the situation is same.The withdrawal is still pending

2. I am also attaching yesterday's margin statement for your reference. As we haven't used all the margin of 1st April still the funds are not cleared.

3. I am also attaching snapshots of the E-mail from 12th march where the situation was still same and we were unable to withdraw funds.

4. I still haven't got reply from your side. Kindly tell me how should we continue or i might have to think about changing platforms with you or even escalate the matters further.
