Dear sir/Madam my name is chaitany bateepati I have booked 300 calendars parcel ANL from Nellore to Eluru on Jan 7-2023.
But my parcel has not reached Eluri yet.
Next day I went to ANL booking office and iam giving a complaint. But not slove theb issue, the next day we again raise complaint ATM Madam also. Nut not use.madam says we check and inform you, But till now, my parcel has not been received in Eluru.
I have not received my parcle from nellore.Later I spoke to ANL booking officers venkatesh, and sekhar several times but mo use . after I CALLED ATM MADAM MANY TIMES BUT MADAM DID NOT ANSWER MY CALLS.We book parcel Date:-jan-07-2023. Not date is feb-22-2023.still not slove my probleam Their value is -6900rs,

I am going around daily ANL office regarding this matter but I am not getting any update so can they kindly solve my problem. One is return to my parcel to me.
Or return the amount.

We were booking a parcel Podalakur to Vizag ie, 18/6/2021 Still parcel is not reached to me, when my pracel will reached to you please update fast please resopnd quickly because it have "fruits". "Fruits" are spolling. "if fruits are spollied you are the responsibility of my parcel " my parcel ID is ="27719120" please take quick action to update me

Sir i am from gudivada we booked the parcel[protected] and[protected] dated 19/8/2017 and 20/8/2017 respectively. When i received the parcel it was torn fully and i opened infront of your agent and found that the jeans and shirts are missing. This is not the first time in every area there are so many complaints but these agents are not looking at that complaints and they are not giving the correct response and they talking vulgarly.

I used anl parcel service to send my household furniture from anakapalli to hyderabad on 25 july 2017. I received them on 27th at destination (Hyderabad). When i saw them, hey are full damaged in state. I really disappointed after seeing them in that state. I called them.. They are speaking so rudely. I request them to do repair or refund repair cost.
