I had vacated PG on 16.06 2020 but till date that PG owner is not refunding the amount of 7000. She lied that she had vacated from that place but she is staying in the same house. She is taking an advantage and torturing me by not responding to calls and messages. That PG is an unauthorised hostel there was no registeration. She is behaving very rudely. Dear sir/ madam,

We are getting below issue from Annai ladis hostel, Tansi Nagar 2nd street, velachery, Chennai-42

1. There is no proper food and no safety. Who is working for cooking they not even check the food is boiled or not.
2. They are charging for cleaning also but they are not cleaning the toilets. They used to clean rarely in a month and their boy children also using our toilet.
3. If we compliant about the food they are behaving arrogant and Force us to leave the hostel or they are treating us very badly. Some time they trying to break the friendships from roommate. For providing food to their children they were telling us that food is over when the food is available there.
4. And the food also not cooked well. We all are getting food from out side by our self and paying money unnecessary to this hostel.
5. If any water/current problem happened they used to take 2 days . These time we are don't take bathing ( if any one gets menstrual during this water problem we are troubling to pass these days). They were not paying eb bill correctly so every month we are facing this issues.
6. And many of girls getting menstrual problem due to unhealthy food.
7. And we are facing skin infection also. Many time we informed them to clean kitchen and refreshing rooms but they don't hear our words.
8. Basic needs are not well. There is no generator and there is no fire safety gas.
