I ordered a dress of ₹580 via online shopping. The amount was paid during the order via mastercard. The order has not yet been delivered and the due date has exceeded more than 3 months. Upon trying to contact them, the helpline number was found switched off and also could not browse their website. It will be very helpful if the money is refunded or the dress is delivered....

I have ordered 2 dresses worth rs 700 on january 3rd, 2020. Didn't receive the order yet and refund also not received.

When i read the reviews later, it was mentioned that this is a fake website. The website and email id doesn't exist now. They are fooling and cheating people. I placed an order with the company on january 10 and got a communication from their end staying that i will received my products on january 25. I haven't received any other communication from them over the last two weeks and the company website is showing a 404 error.
There is no tracking process or contact details where i can reach out to them. I have attached the email and message i received on jan 10.

I had ordered two items from antgirlcollection.com on jan2020 for a total of rs. 570. There was no cash on delivery option and the website mandated to do online delivery which redirected to razorpay payment gateway.

I got the message that the items would be delivered on jan 24, 2020

The phone number provided (Seems to be a vodafone number from gujarat) is switched off and the email id : [protected]@gmail.com...

I ordered 2 pair cloths on 11th jan 2020 from facebook pop up add, stupid i paid all charges, and the delivery date is 25th jan 2020 it found wonder how come they are taking 15 days to deliver in a place like the metro city.
Today i wrote an email to them to cancel the order and try to open their domain it shown doesn't exist.
They cheated on us.
How come without basic business id facebook also allowing these cheaters...

Ant girl collection is a fraud website .
They were up with all the marketing campaign and it was also campaigning on Facebook .
I placed an order from the website, I made a prepaid order, they took my money and there is no order delivery...yet no intimation of delivery nothing unable to contact through website or phone number .now the website is also not opening...

Hello. I had ordered from their site called antgirlcollection for worth rs 1403. I had placed my order on 12th january and was promised that i will receive my shipment on 25th january. Now when i want to track my shipment, the site does not exist, the mail address not exist, the customer care number is out of service. This is a total fraud company and owners should be tracked down and put behind bars, this is totally unacceptable and unfair...

I ordered a few items of clothing from this site called www.antgirlcollection.com which was sponsored on facebook and instagram. There was also a instagram page with 3k followers or so. It seemed legit and after placing my order which was pre paid there was an email sent about the order and i have screenshot of my order on the site as well. The payment of rs1941 was made thru a rupay card and payment partners were razor pay for what i remember...

Saw these ads online on facebook. I shopped for clothes worth 1450/- inr on 31st december 2019, they were to be delivered on 18th january 2020. The payment was made via razorpay.
The product never got delivered, the number given is switched off, the mail written to them bounces back.

They did not accept cod. Also, route to this for refund.
These kind of fraudulent activities should be stopped from appearing to...
