Respected Departments,
We the residents next to Aparna constructions Pvt ltd in Masjid Banda Main road, Kondapur, Hyderabad are facing unbearable notice due to illigal construction after 11.00pm night time.
Are these big construction companies above law (or) no law can stop them.
We do have equal right to live peacefully. This Aparna constructions never stop work 24/7. Unsafe for the society & even not follow police order.
Hats up to Telangana Government for allowing these big cash cows to suffocate innocent people like us. Do GHMC officials dare to inspect their sites and cheak where they are constructing & wether Aparna constructions are following proper rules. It's a joke, even they occupy Government land(veternary hospital) which is visible from main road.

Our place is next to APARNA Seren Park Apartments & Westend Apartments Masjid Banda of Kondapur. Everyday 24/7 building work with huge unbearable Noice from heavy construction & machinery movements. No action taken till now despite making many requests & even calling 100. BIG PEOPLE DIFFERENT RULES & NO TIMINGS.
Rules breaking & NO Social responsibility for this construction Giant ( Aparna ) in Masjid Banda of Kondapur. No proper safety and precautions follow in this SITE.
Do we really have GHMC ??

permission to work at Nights ?
## Are they only rules to common
public & not to Big Companies ?
