The domestic consignment has been booked from Pune to Indore, picked up on Oct 03, 2022 and delivered on Oct 20, 2022 as almost took 17days to deliver. During that period, communicate with APML in a mail as no response from them on this.
No response form Escalation Matrix as provided by APML centralized.[protected]@agarwalpackers.com&[protected]@agarwalpackers.com
My consignment was here and there? (PUNE- MUMBAI- DELHI-?).
Is this way to deliver consignment?
No one responsible to delay, damage and pay for compensation.
I had a very bad experience with APML and disagreed. I found that they are not managed properly.
Had an issue at the time of loading, invoice incorrect and now for delivery as taking a long time including here and there (My CONSIGNMENT IS ROAMING and its not a good for my assets)
Even tried to reach out today Oct 25, 2022 and no response from them.

I have booked my luggage from Delhi to Hyderabad. Luggage was loaded on 05/05/2022 & arrived khwaspur (Gurgaon) on 09/05/2022. They had taken 04 days for 50 kms. How is it possible. According to this speed, How much months they will take and nobody is answering the phone. I will sue in consumer Court😡
