Mera paisa apna e Kendra ke wallet main October 2021 se 5500 rupya fasa hua hain. Jab nikalne jata hu to kyc not completed dikhata h lekin app main kyc already approved hain. Na koi phone number hain help ke liye. Aur aaj February 2022 main app hi nhi chal rahi hain. Main sarkar se kada action ki umeed karta hu. Taki baki logo ka paisa isme na fase. Gujarish hain is app ko turant band kare. Inki ek aur app softpays.in ke naam se bhi hain. Ye sab fraudi hain.

Aaj 15 -20 din se server error aa raha ? Paisa wallet Main h 1570 rupaye par koi bhi transaction nahi ho raha.

I have open a apna e kendra id...which was a multi recharge app...i have deposit money but apna e kendra Block my account without any reason & dont give my money ...not only me this company also fraud with many user ... please help me to recover my money

I Partha Biswas I am a retailer of Apna Ekendra Aeps service. My I'd no is- AEK11621266. I have have withdrawled Rs 4000 of a customer that amount was automatically addded in my Apna Kendra walled. While I was trying to transfer my wallet money to my bank account it was not moving since 20 days. I tried to resolve it by Apna Ekendra support team they didn't not respond and they forced me if I do not take their any other service .They also force me to purchase Atm service, Bio matric machine. If I don't purchase their machine I can not transfer my money to my bank. Please help me out. I am a jobless person how can I lose my hard earned money. Please help me out to resolve the problem.

Company ने बिना retailer के permission के उसके digital wallet से दो बार अलग अलग service के नाम पर पैसा काटा है 12/8/21 को ITR filling service के नाम पे 18/8/21 को उद्योग aadhaar service के नाम पे customer care को call करने से उठाते नहीं है अगर कोई call उठा लेते है तो कहते है की आपको पैसा refund हो जायेगा आपके wallet मे
इन service के नाम से total 1000/- काट लिया गया है wallet से
2296/- के जगह 1296/- wallet मे है अब
