5000 rs. Deducted as ( mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no.Guntur branch hdfc
I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 5000rs. On 10/05/2022. At that time 5000 rs. Debited from my account, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying
How is this possible.
Now 5000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction. In my statement [protected] reference no. Is showing for this

Loan no ttvlm0001151 applicant name udhayasankar i willing to close my loan amount rs 7 lakhs also transfer rs 395 to your executive mr madhan [protected] and also spoke the your branch manager mr panner [protected] they told my we provide the statement on 5th feb 2020 10 am and also told to me that we will close the loan before ur emi date 10 feb 2020 but they would not provide the statement till now so i called your branch manager mr panner but he is not responding to provide the statement for closing and also he spoke unwanted words and dont no how to handle the customer, then i called head office number[protected] ms dhivya attend the call then i tell all the details regarding, then she told you cant close the loan before 10th feb 2020 after emi oly u will closed the loan, ims dhivya very worst responses she cut the call many time before my conversion she wont answer properly the i call another number ms gayathri attend she oly told send complaint @ customer care she spoke good and response and good but other more than 12 days i am following ur team the title different different update i am pay emi more the 18 months without any fine with proper date still now,
Iam having all your employee phone call records and msgs with proper document kindly help me to close the loan. Do need full me contact number [protected]

In spite of complaining about this issue to aptus customer care, again today dated 27th october 2018, the same branch manager venkatachalam villupuram branch manger and another 10 gundas came and threatened insulted using bad words also harassment ladies saying to vacate in a week or else the house will be sealed with the property. Again repainted and he had damaged my house..

Note : regarding this issue i already i informed to consumer complaint and human rights
