No after service was done after the purchase of RO Water purifier and asked to change the filter without any service.

I have taken amc (Annuql maintenance charges) from this fraud company by paying 5500 and the amc is valid for all the services and repairs for one year. I have raised a complaint about the product after 6 months and everyday i used to call them to get the technician to visit my place, after 10 continuos follow-ups the technician finally visited my place and said that the chip needs to changed and it will be done within a day. This has been said one month back and i am following up with them almost every day to find the status and every day i am getting a funny response.. One day they said my manage is not there and next day my manager left the mobile in office and left and 3rd day they said my manager went to goa. I have asked how many days it will take to get the chip but there is no response. This is really cheating and don't get stuck with these fraud service centers. I have wasted money and as well as time. I regret for my decision
