Paid for the ticket but received it post the monument closed down

Please note that, I received the ticket later. When the monument had already been closed. Even after typing my transcation number, the ticket showed as not generated and only later did i receive it on my mail. My amount was debited from my account. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
Requesting you to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. You can also check with the Ram Bagh monument authorities. The QR was not scanned there.

PayUMoney Amount deducted on asi.payumoney.com but ticket is not generated
I had a transaction of Rs.105 (for 3 people) to Archeological survey of India on 11/06/2023 to visit Red Fort in Delhi.

However, my money got deducted from my account, but tickets were not generating, so that we were not allowed to enter. It was saying that the refund will be done in 5-7 days. And it is not happening, i was waiting for the whole week. So please refund the amount as soon as possible.

I didn't get any refund on taking ticket to visit Tajmahal.
I have taken ticket to tajmahal on 30 th December 2022 . I have paid( 225 rps ) twice for the ticket. My first ticket was failed but money has been debited from my account. I am sharing my payment details below. Please consider my refund.
