In one word, a fraudster & cheater. They sold me a second owner car and while selling they informed it was first owner. This is broad day light cheating by this dealer. Also the girls working there will sweet talk and will make unfullfilable claims and later will say that they had not made any commitment.

They took six months to transfer the registration after which i was shocked to see that i am the third owner instead of second. Also the rto agent is also hand in gloves with the dealer.

The owner of this showroom will never talk to you and will never come in front of the customer. If we inquire or want to speak to the owner they will say that he is out of india or he is out for a meeting.

Some of the feedback (With five stars) you see on google are from the employees themselves. So dont believe any positive feedback which has been given.

All in all, to conclude, they cheated me by selling me a second owner stating it as first owner by doing fraudulent documents.

Arihant Cars, Mulund (claims himself as 200 Crores business man), has been consistently cheating people in his business. He had sold me a 8 year old Honda CRV, also committed 6 months warranty for Engine and Gear box, and he said that he ensures the vehicle had not gone through any major accidents. However,

    1. The Car's meter was tampered. The car has run more than 1, 04, 000 kms, but he has changed the meter setting to 53000km, and sold it to me at a hefty price.
    2. The automatic Gear box was defective. The vehicle do not reach top gears at all.
    3. The insurance company denied no claim bonus for me, citing major repairs done previous year.
    4. He sold the car for 5, 73, 000/- and in the name transfer document he has mentioned 11, 111/- Who will buy a car at eleven thousand rupees?

And he disowns any liability from his side. Got to know, his labourers go on removing genuine spare parts from the cars, and replace with Old and weared parts before delivery. Even on the Google site, he has put all his labours to give 5 star ratings for himself. This is BROAD DAY LIGHT CHEATING and he is proudly cheating more people.
