I have purchased bamboo fountain from the website and received in a good condition. After sometime I tried to place order of another few items also but items were not there in the website. Pls update with new products. I need to purchase....

Prepaid and ordered wooden Kathakali mask on 16th June’2023. Till date, 15th July haven’t received. Every time they are called the owner gives excuses- courier couldn’t deliver due to rains; changing the courier company and do on. Even respond to calls after many many calls.
Do not order anything! Not to be trusted! Checked on ‘Trust’ recently and found this is a regular feature. Noticed after every complaint they manage to get a positive review posted!!!
