I had purchased a Buddha showpiece of 2 feet on 15 June 2023 for Rs 3099/- . Since then started my bad fate.. No response from the team of tracking link and after continuous followups, I received the product on 10 July 2023, which was broken. I took a video of the opening of the product and it was evident that it was broken inside.. Fooling & Cheating

I had ordered two items from artycraftz.in. The flower vase that was shipped was totally different in shape and quality than the one shown on product page. No action/reply after complaining.

Received the original vase. It was shipped by the seller a few days before my lodging the complaint in your forum. He did not inform me about the shipping. Probably wanted to surprise me. A genuine and honest seller.
