Need to cancel the first one i was tried to cancel but not able so need help on this issue...

sir, while iam browsing net yesterday rs 20 and rs 25 are deducted by aircel and they have send an sms as i have been subscribed to video talkies 5. this is the second time iam facing this as net is hardly accesible in my remote village and my mobile does not have any reqiured hardware to play any video and also i have not accessed anyvideo links knowingly. i have send a message to 155223 given by TRAI as it showed i have not subsribed...
