I have booked flate in Bhiwadi in 2008 .Registration no 63552.But stiil no allotment so I want my money back asap because I am job less due to covid so need money.

I booked 2 flats in biwadi project. Receipt nos. Dc-bwd/63668/1/11208 & dc-bwd/63668/1/11224 for rs 25000/- each by cheque date[protected],

After so much of following they ware ready to pay back only if i deposit a affidavit with original papers. I deposited papers on[protected]. Again following begin, they shifted twice. Again new search started.
Now the latest instruction : go to c r park.

Dear Friends, I too had booked flat in Bhiwadi Project of Arun Dev Builder, they fail to deliver the project & also not sure whether they will refund any amount or not... I would like to approach all our friend, lets UNITE ourself & we will file suite in Court of Law against the Arun Dev Builder. It is important that we must join together, if require together we may approach to their office. This is equally important we need need to teach them with lesson which probably is difficult if we fight individually, excellent opportunity to unite ourself to throw out such baste red out of society. I booked a plot with Arun Dev Builders Limited under their project Arun Dev City in Dehradun in Feb'2007. At the time of booking they promissed me to deliver Plot within 14months but now even after completion of 6 years I didn't get the plot.

They have taken 66% of the plot amount from me & still no cofirmation is being given from their side regarding this.

In case they are unable to give the plot...

1. We have booked a flat in May2008 ad-measuring 610 sq.ft. vide Reg. no.63787 with M/S ARUN DEV BUILDERS LTD. for their upcoming Project at DEV city , Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. We were assured for possession in the month of Feb. 2010
2 We have deposited the registration amount and EMI for a longer period..
3. On enquiry till today we find that no construction work is there at site and every time they make a fresh commitment and ask for some more time.
4.Lastly, when we contacted them at their office at Okhla Ph.1, New Delhi,for refund of money,we were asked to submit documents as below:
a. Application for cancellation of booking
b. Affidavit
c. Money receipts in Original
d. Bank statement
5. We were asked to submit these documents in the first week of Aug.2012. On asking they informed that refund of money will take approx. six months thereafter.
6. They will refund the sum deposited only.
Kindly help us to get our money refunded with suitable compansation at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I booked a flat with M/s. ARUNDEV Builders around 3 years back. They suppose to give me the possession of the flat within 24 months from the date of booking. Due inordinate delay in the possession, I compelled to cancel the booking. They refunded my booking amount of Rs. 94,000/- by 2 post dated cheques one Rs. 44,000/- & other for Rs. 50,000/- and accordingly I deposited the Cheque of Rs. 44,000/- with my bank account on 19/11/2010 but the bankers returned the Cheque due to insufficient fund. I intimated the matter to the builder and they issued me 4 Nos. PDC Cheques - 2 Nos. Rs. 22,000/- & 2 Nos. Rs. 25,000/- each respectively.
On the assurance of Mr. Nikhil Sharma & Mr. Nitesh Kaushik of M/s. Arundev Builders, I deposited one Cheque of Rs. 22,000/- out of two Cheque issued by them with my bank account on 10/12/10, but the same also got bounced thrice inspite of their assurance every time.
Now, I have no other option left than lodging an COMPLAINT. I request your immediate action with them.
