Dear sir/mam,

This is to formally notify you, that we fed up with tvs motors services. We have bought tvs ntorq scooter 3 months ago in tvs arunagiri motors at bangalore. Unfortunately the bike met with an accident so we have given it to arunagiri motors for service. Its been a month, still we didn't received our vehicle, we have made several calls and direct visit. But all staffs are so lethargy in response. Everytime we are wasting out time and money to visit the agency, they are making us to wait for an hour still no response. We really disappointed with tvs service and regretting for selecting tvs. Please look into this on priority and provide us appropriate solution on time. Otherwise we may escalate this issue.

    It's been just 2 days since i bought this tvs ntorq bike from arunagiri tvs motors which is located near rupena agrahara, i've been facing an issue with this bike, i was unable to start the bike. I tried both kick start and self start but that didn't work, i called the showroom people and they arranged for towing, they have done so many scratches during towing, they finally took this vehicle to the showroom, and the technician from the showroom told that this has some defect as this has got some problem with the rectifier, they said they will have to send it to the manufacturere. I said no to that as this was a new bike and they are going to perform some operations on it, i told the showroom manager whose name is deepak to get it replaced with the new one, but he says it can't be done, his way of talking to the customers was very aggressive and rude. He made us wait for two hours without any resolution, i need my money back or the new bike, hopeless customer service from the showroom and the tvs company as well, please don't buy tvs product especially from this showroom. They have asked us to talk to the manager but this manager is always late and we have to always wait to talk to him. We have spent one whole saturday infornt of their showroom and there was no resolution for the defect piece. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible. Our ask is genuine. We need a new and non defect piece or a full refund of 83000 which we paid. Or else i'll have to call my lawyer and raise a case against this showroom as well as tvs company. I'll send a note to tv9 media as well. Basically i need a justice for the money that i lost to these uncultured customer service showroom and the manufacturer.
