Delivery man did not followed the covid-19 guidelines

The person who is delivering the gas didn't wear mask and didn't kept physical distance and tried to get into the house.

Leakage of cylinder
Yesterday I received a cylinder and the dilvery boy didn't provide me a bill or a slip ... And from the yesterday cylinder is leaking continuously...please resolve this issue as soon as possible..

gas connection transfer

Dear sir/mam,
I am paltan singh having the lpg connection customer no [protected] by agency name arunta gas agecny booth no 20-21 sector 47c, i give them request to transfer on 22nd sep but they not ready to transfer even force me to not transfer the same. I am very old and poor and unable to visit every time of their office, their service is very poor every time deliver the cylinder in evening that's is very odd time o[censored]s, no family member is available till 9pm to 9 am

sir,
This gas agency selling the cylinder of consumer at high rate means black marketing. Two days ago i got the message
of delivering of cylinder buy still i do not get any cylinder i went there office but they said my cylinder is in the go-down
this is not happen one time i face this problem from last 2 years. This agency cheats the innocent people by this kind of tricks.
not only me mostly consumer are disturb by its service or cheating.
Sir please take an strong action on this offence.
for this i am grateful to you for ever.

Leakage of gas from the cylinder

I complained M/s Arunita Gas Agency, Sector 47, Chandigarh regarding gas leakage from the cooking gas cylinder supplied by them. Despite 15 days passed still there is no response or action from their side. Gas leakage is a grave matter and this can lead to any kind of accident. Moreover their approach is very lopsided. Even in case of gas cylinder supply they generally say that cylinders are not available. But when they are asked in disguise about gas cylinder being available through premium, it is given. I have personally seen supply vendors selling gas cylinders. Kindly register my complaint.
