My name is Zaid Shaikh I had purchased flat 2 years back in ARV Imperia and I love to be a part of ARV, Also I had given many referrals, however after referring my cousin Firoz Shaikh, the sales person Yajurva denied to give the referral amount. Last year he booked a flat and later due to some reason he cancelled. However now I convinced him to book the flat again as the project is good and at the time of booking...

1 Electricity meter is not installed
2. Leakages are seen in newly constructed building walls
3.bathroom tiles are broken at light points
4.No proper cleaning
5.lift not working
6 No letter box
7.no completion certificate
8 No water supply
9 False promises
10 No occupancy certificate
Keys are handed over....

As per agreement promises, they have still not completed the works and hurrilly, the have issues a provisional handover letter and keys.

My electricity meter is still not installed and they handed over the keys

Still some minor works are pending inside and outside the flat.

Moreover, in my booking form it is written about covered parking but they have not added in agreement.
And now denying...

I am living in arv imperia, flat number b-1204, this projected build by
Arv group.

There is regular water leakage problem in my bedroom during rain and also
From different area, passage of building.

Problem is almost from 2 year and...

There are many ongoing issues. We have always received mute responses from builder. Arv group is just interested in selling its properties. Once it is sold they do not bother in listening to buyers. It has been almost a year people got possession of there properties in a and b building of the society. Flat owners have tried to reach builder many times to state our reasons of discontent (Listed below). We have always received a false commitment...

ARV Group making delay in meter transfer process,
I have flat B-1204 in project ARV Imperia, i got possession from December 2015, i have reminded ARV Group continuously from last 6 month to initiate meter transfer process, but it was not done, before a month i had given all required documents to ARV Group to initiate meter transfer,

I hope it will get done till end of June 2016.
