Hi Sir/Madam
My Self Salman khan, as I was doing Job in Arzooo. Go stores (Stern India Pvt ltd... Company diden't credited My December 2020 salary and my Full and Final settlement. My relieving Date was on 9th January. HR given commitment through mail my Salary and my FNF amount will be credited in 30 to 45 days from the date of reveling but now company is saying some what Reasons. Conversation email video is attached below

Sir/ madam I have many comments on this FNF and salary money... Please help me out Regarding this Issue. Thanks

    I am a railway reservation ticket booking agent under arzoo based at 5th floor, samruddhi venture park, midc central road, andheri east, mumbai, maharashtra 400093. I have deposited amount in the account for booking tickets. For sometime everything was perfect but after few days the booking portal stopped working and my money which was in their account got blocked. Now i am not able to book tickets, nor these people are refunding the money. I have called several thousands of times but no body answers the calls. Once mr. Ashfaq mistakenly answered the call and said within a a week your money will be refunded. But nothing happened. I request all the authorities to please look into the matter and help in getting my money back. I have attached the screenshot of the homepage of the portal where it shows my amount.

          Absolutely pathetic service. Customer care people can’t talk in English properly and don’t know what to say. I cancelled my Kingfisher flights and they are saying it will take 45-60 for refund. At the same time, Kingfisher says they will return the money in two working weeks, and GoIbibo has already started returning funds. So I do not understand why these people will take 45-60 WORKING DAYS to return a customers money. Bunch of .

          I have booked a Kerala Package for my friend for 9N/10D and ended up paying full amount, from then I had to follow up on everything. Right from getting a confirmation of the Hotel Room Bookings.Added to this, the Arzoo guys haven't made payment to the Hotel people for the room bookings, this would put you in a fix, and you might end up paying again to the Hotel or calling up the ARZOO guys to make the payment so that you can Check-In or Check-Out upon the payment being made to the Hotel.

          DONT OPT FOR ANY SERVICE FROM THIS SITE, ITS FRAUD and would spoil your memorable trip into a Nightmare.They dont even have a grievances cell.

            We had booked 6 tickets for our flights from Kozhikode to Mumbai (via Bangalore) for the 6-Feb-12 for Kingfisher airlines. We got to know 2 days before the scheduled date via Arzoo.com that the flights are cancelled and there are no alternate options provided by the airlines, and we are supposed to check out other options and that we would be getting a full refund for our tickets. We had sent all the required docs that Arzoo had asked us to send via courier and we got confirmed from Arzoo that all the doc's were proper and they would be starting with the RA process.

            But since that day, whenever we call Arzoo.com, they always keep saying that we have not received any
            refund from airlines. When we got in touch with kingfisher airlines, they seem to say that you have booked ticket via Agent i.e. Arzoo and so all your discussions regarding refund should be with Arzoo and not with us.

            With this blame game on, it's almost 9 months passed, and we are yet to receive our refund.

              Hi,
              This was the first time I used arzoo.com to book my flight tickets. I made a payment and successfully booked tickets between the Delhi-Pune sector. However, half an hour after my tickets were confirmed I got a call informing me that they cannot proceed with the confirmation and had to cancel the booking.

              This in my opinion is just plain unfair tactics being used by the airline to hog credits and visibility. I expect the airline to honour the tickets I have purchased and fully paid for. I should not be the one who has to pay for glitches in Arzoo's online portal.

                Using the ixigo.com flight search widget installed on Indira Gandhi Airport website, I searched for a flight from Delhi to Varanasi and found a SpiceJet flight. To book it, I was redirected from ixigo.com to arzoo.com, where booked that flight for 6166 Rupees.

                What I saw after the supplying credit card info and getting the bank's SMS about being charged was a completely blank webpage with a long URL with lots of parameters like transaction ID and stuff.

                Loading that URL to another tab a minute later produced a price mismatch error page.
                Using their Print/Cancel your ticket page always produces the «you are not authorised to use this service» error page. Tried while signed in and while not.

                I've send a message via their Customer Support form, providing details and that URL.

                I've sent a message to [protected]@arzoo.com which is stated as their contact email address.
                Next day, I've sent another email to [protected]@arzoo.com since I got absolutely no reaction to first two messages. I got no reply from them yet, 3 days passed to this moment.

                To be complete, I also reported this issue on ixigo.com (who state that they are only a search engine) and newdelhiairport.in out of which only Delhi Airport replied "we've passed this complaint to where it belongs, thanks".

                Trying to get the money back via the bank, but this takes time and possibly won't be a success.

                Might also send a complaint to SpiceJet, I think.

                Received another mail from Delhi Airport, they say that there was a technical problem at arzoo, and they have made full refund, but I have to wait for around a week.

                Ok, things get better. Time to disregard the complaint.

                  I booked an airline ticket from this vendor site. But after few minutes of booking, I got a call from them telling me that "Sorry Sir ! The price was not updated. You need to shell out Rs.1000/- more. Price changed but our site didn't reflect." I was left with no option and was again without ticket. Again I had to go through the mental torture of finding the best price. Please beware while going through such sites as there price might be misguiding you !

                    I booked ticket from arzoo.com on ur promotion of the website as i trusted your website. I booked the ticket from Mumbai-Ahmedabad from 4th Dec. They took my money and after some time they are telling me that they cant book my ticket. Just because the prices increase post some time. This is like refusing to do a deal after taking the money as the prices have increased. I hope you understand the gravity of situation and do something about it. They are cooly saying that they will not give me any ticket and i can do whatever i want. I would honestly require you to do something as I will loose trust on online booking only post this.

                      Request you to please take any action on this.

                      I am a member of arzoo.com and I booked 4+2 tickets (Go-Air flight) for 16th July 2011. Due my personal problem I am canceling the 2 tickets. I raised request for cancelation and spoke to customer care of ARZOO.COM. I asked about cancelation charges. They said 750 + 50 per ticket. Means total 1600 Rs. deduction out of 5930. But they deducted 2000 instead of 1600. Then I called again to ARZOO customer care. They said charges applicable as 750 + 250 per ticket. WHY ??? And I asked where you have mentioned these cancelation charges. He said no where. This is wrong .

                      I was trusted on ARZOO.COM but now I'll never use arzoo.com for flight or railway booking.

                      Reuqyest you to please take care of this issue.

                      if you on click on the fare rules after the search, its clearly mentioned that Rs 250 is the service charges per person per sector.

                        Regarding invoice of ticket

                        Sir/ madam, As I had booked the air ticket from Ahmedabad to Kolkata on 05th July 2014 and I didn't get invoice. Even after several call to Arzoo. Neither they send the Invoice to me or passenger not respond the call.

                          I AM A TRAVEL AGENT, I HAD TIE UP WITH ARZOO.COM, ON THE VERY 1ST DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, I WAS CHEATED. I HAD BOOKED 4 DOMESTIC$ AIRLINE TICKETS ONLINE. FOR WHICH THEY HAD CHEATED IN PRICE AS WELL AS COMMISSION.1ST TIME I LET IT GO. 2ND TIME I CALLED UP TO BOOK A HOTEL IN NASIK FOR MY CUSTOMER, THEY SAID WE DONT HAVE TIE UP WITH THAT PARTICULAR HOTEL, SO U WONT GET ANY COMMISSION, I SAID ITS OK I WILL MANAGE TO ADD UP MINE & QUOTE TO CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER AGREED TO MY PRICE. THEY RASCALS DIDNT EVEN CARED THAT THE HOTEL SHOULD GIVE THE BILL TO COMPANY & NOT TO CUSTOMER... THE HOTEL STAFF GAVE THE BILL TO CUSTOMER & THE CUSTOMER GOT TREMENDOUSLY ANGRY AS ARZOO.COMS COMMISSION & MY BOTH WERE ADDED ABOVE TO IT... BUT THAT HOTELWALA RASCAL GAVE HIS RATE BILL...                           I completly agree, arzoo.com atleast should learn how to serve people from vada paav vendors, as they are worst in service. now why from vada paav vendors why not from big corporates, it's because the people sitting in office of arzoo.com are of that category.

                            I booked ticket from Delhi to Pune for 22nd Oct'2007 from my credit card but the payment was debited twice on my credit card. I have made 3 reminders but didn't get reply even for a single email.
                            I reuest to reverse my amount of Rs. 2, 536 in my credit card and also the interest which has been charged since then on that amount.

                            I must say that Arzoo.com is not a reliable site.
                            HI, YOU CAN SEE I ALSO HAVE POSTED A COMPLAIN... I AM A TRAVEL AGENT & I HAD TIE UP WITH ARZOO.COM. BUT U CAN GO THRU MY PROFILE, ITS A RASCAL COMPANY FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER, THEY ARE CHEATING TO THEIR TRAVEL PARTNERS AS WELL...
                            Arzo.com should be kicked out of service industry, as those people don't have any knowlege of how to serve clients
                            Arzoo.com raised two bills for different amounts. On the site when i printed my ticket, te amount was Rs 4698 (exclusive of discount) and when I got an email ticket from them, the amount was Rs 4998. And the difference was due to the hidden cost of Service Fees which they disclosed on the site to only Rs 70, whereas it was actually Rs 370!!! Cheat i must say!
