I hold 200 shares allotted to me in trans asia packaging limited

I have got no intimation from the company regarding the merger of trans asia packagingllimited with asian consolidated industries limited. What is my status. Please issue fresh certificates of asian consolidated industries limited.

I was issued 20 nos. Of fcds @rs.160 each for a total cost of rs.3200/-. These fcds were converted into 210 shares of asian consolidated industries ltd. As these shares are delisted from bse and nse hence i want to recover cost of my shares from the company.

Asian consolidated industries (Acil), incorporated as asian can on
18 jan.'85 and promoted by r c jain and alok jain (Source business standard) merger of trans asia packaging limited with asian consolidated industries limited your directors' have pleasure in informing you that the hon'ble high court of punjab & haryana at chandigarh pronounced its judgment order on 28th july, 1995 for merger/ amalgamation of trans asia packaging ltd. With your company with effect from 1.4.92 as per the scheme of amalgamation/merger. Therefore, in compliance to the order of hon'ble high court, the merged/amalgamated account of trans asia packaging limited with your company as at 31st march, 1995 are placed for adoption.

Though these directors are fly by night operators, no action has been found to be taken against them. All the connected persons to be traced and handled properly

Uk i am a sr citizen now no source of income. Invested thinking in oldage it will help me. I didnot know aci will vanish like this. Hope with this complaint i get some compensations.
