Very bad service of asian sky shop showroom very cheap brand and service is cheapest i have been calling the owner since last 1 month for sending technician to resolve my machine issue but he is delaying everyday very bad owner...now he has blocked my number...

I bought motorized treadmill from Asian Sky Shop on 22.05.09. Since beginning some problems were faced while using it like the belt of machine was not moving freely and I have to call them 2 to 3 times to get it right and still the story is same.On 09.06.09 the machine stopped running and I called the shop owner from where I purchased it. He told that due to power fluctuation some part has gone out o[censored]se and it is required to get changed....

we had purcahsed a steam spa by ordering over the phone no that is[protected] on 01/06/2009 and we had received the material on 11/06/2009 vide your invoice no as ho/1016892 dated 01/06/2009 but as soon as we had opened the package we had found the packing was so poor and the material was fully dirty and its like it was used prviously also so we did not open it much and immediately we had contract the customer care and the reply from then...

I ordered for SWING MASSAGER from Asian Sky Shop through VPP . Once I received the product on 14th Oct and opended it contained used CA books. Total amount paid is Rs 7000/- + Rs 345 = Rs 7345/-

As per discussions with customer care officers we have send the CA books parcel back to them.

We are still awaiting Swing Massager for which we have paid Rs 7345/-
