ATFL are fraud builder, they do not refund money, they construct buildings illegally, they act like gang, do no put your money in projects of ATFL

Construction of unauthorized Buildings in Chhalera Sector 44 Noida

Dear Sir,
This is to inform that several developers like ATFL, HomTech Infra pvt Ltd etc are constructing unauthorized buildings in Chhalera Sector 44 Noida .
They are not obtaining MAP Sanction plan, Conversion of agriculture land to residential one etc from NOIDA Authority and when banks refuse to give loan to buyers then they do not refund the 20 % - 30% booking amount also .
construction is going since 2018 and NOIDA authority is not doing anything and buyers are suffering
