Ticket not generated money deducted
Hi,
I booked 5 ticket of Agra fort through asi.payumoney.com by paytm refrence id[protected] on 3 June 2022 an amount of Rs 175 deducted but ticket not generated. As per policy the money deducted has been refunded back within 6 -7 days but it has not been refunded yet. So i request you to kindly refund of rs 175 back into my account.

I tried booking tickets for TAJ MAHAL using asi.payumoney.com using my pnb debit card.amount got ticket but no ticket genrated and no refund as of yet
