This is in reference to a yale locker bought in nov 2916.. It was fit in my cupboard and in feb i complained about its functioning which on the visit of the representative in was told that the batteries had leaked and to clean it up the locker needed to be removed.. I asked him to go ahead and do the needful only to be told by him that the person who had fixed it had not done his job right and that one of the screws were crooked.

I think even though Yale locks worldwide are excellent products; the service levels in India are surely pathetic. I had purchased a digital lock in January 2014 and had it installed by Yale.
