Bharat prajapati from bhuj, who met me at chharada, near gandhinagar, he statated 4 things regarding supernatural things which seemed ture. I had prom ised topay rs.40, 000 from which i had paid only 34, 000, rest i told to pay in a week, which took long, he told that i will have to adjust in my second marriage, after that, i got some proposals, he didn't recieve 90 calls and then told that he will return mony in februaay 2017, till dae, my probem had not been solved, he ddn 't return money, the person who made us meet, mr. Pandya had also died last to last year.

On every phone call he asks for minimum 10000 and then he will assure you that your problem will be solved soon after that again he will come up with new issue. Can compensation be claimed from Astrologers by filing a complaint in the Consumer Forum if their predictions are proved to be false? I have purchased astrological stones & gems worth thousands of rupees from a Kolkata-based astrologer believing in his predictions that my planetary positions will be changed in my horoscope but now after 8 months I feel cheated when I realized that all of his predictions are false.Not even a single of his predictions has come to be true. During consultation the said astrologer claimed or rather challenged that he will stop practicing astrology if his predictions come false. Now that astrologer does not take my call and I failed to contact him by other ways. At such time can I claim my money from that astrologer for non-happening of his predictions under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act? If not what is the alternative remedy?
