I have submitted a relocation request with them on 7/11/2020 and the resolution date was 07/16/2020. But the request is still pending with them. This is just because I have taken the 6 months plan and have paid them the amount already for 6 months.
Their installation executive asked me to leave that connection and go for a fresh install at a new location, but I have already paid the amount so then he just said it's with the team.br...
