MONEY SCANDAL

I HAVE INVESTED WITH aurum reality ltd . i got 12 postdated cheques out of which only 3 cleared and rest of cheques are said to us that dont deposite in the bank through advocate ASHOK SAROGI. PLEASE HELP US TO GET OUR BALANCE AMOUNT .

NOT GIVING MONEY

SIR, I HAD INVESTED WITH AURUM REALITY LTD, THEY HAD GIVEN 12 POSTDATED CHEQUES OUT OF WHICH ONLY 3 HAVE BEEN CLEARED , REST IS BOUNCED ON MARCH 1 2010 ONWARDS, ICICI BANK SAYS THERE IS NO MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT, PLEASE HELP US, THEIR DIRECTOR NAME IS JIGNESH RATHOD AND PHONE NO IS [protected]. HE HAD PROMISED TO RETURN THE MONEY ON PHONE AFTER THE CHEQUES BOUNCED , BUT HI DIDNT CAME IN OFFICE AFTER 10 MARCH 2010 , HE HAD MADE SCANDAL OF 26...

cheque bounced

I have taken investment plan from Aurum Realty Ltd one cheque in the month of January 2010 was clear but when i deposited second cheque the cheque was return from ICICI bank reason (Effects not clear present again) I have been calling Aurum Reality Limited but their is no response from them. Please look into the matter and help me to get back invested amount....

Aurum Realty Ltd

Aurum Reality people gave us 6 cheques before and for the rest of the cheques they told us you will get in 15 days. We have been continuosly calling them on the phone and nobody is picking up. I dont know what has happen. I request you to please give me information regarding the same. Whether I will get the money back. I just want the principal amount which we have invested....

Cheque Bounce

I have taken two plans in Aurum Reality Ltd of Rs. 51,000 each on 3rd of March. I have not yet signed the agreement and I do not want to continue with my investments and want to withdraw the money. The official at the Aurum site located in Low Parel are saying that there is insufficient funds in the bank a/c,

Please let me know the procedure in such cases to get my money back. thanks!...

insufficient fund

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have invested Rs.51000/- in Aurum Reality Ltd and they gave me 6 cheques that time and they handed over me one chque due to cheque shortage but ICICI bank has informed me that there is insufficient fund hence would request you to please look into.....
