I took rickshaw from Dahisar-NL Junction to Borivali National park morning around 6.40 am, Every monday morning i am traveling to pune and pick the bus from borivali national park, it's kind of routine travel to me becuase i am working in pune and every weekend i am coming to Mumbai, since it's routine journey i know the distance from my home till borivali national park, it's around 4 to 4.2 KM and auto fair is max Rupees 50 to 52, but today...

I had hired auto (rgn No 1986) from ramnagar colony, bavdhan to blue diamond hotel, nr koregaon park.
On reaching the destination, auto driver demanded Rs 150, without showing tarrif card. Normally the distance covered in daytime comes to Rs 95 only. on asking why he is asking extra, driver told that the meter had got stuck up and its not his fault, and demanded Rs 150 as correct tarrif.
