Avita not giving warrant for the product.
We have purchased Avita Pura Ryzen 5 Quad Core - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home in S Mode) Thin and Light Laptop on dated[protected].
This laptop create issue like there is NO display while its power button & Hanging. This product in warranty. I have tried the helpline number but there is no response of my calls.
It's been a month and there was no more response from their end.

Fake specification on flipkart.com, got cheated by AVITA
They showcased it has full size hdmi it doesnt have.
3 usb ports in the advt. 2 for real.
Power lasts around hardly 2 hrs.
No cooling fan, heats up quickly.
Vga camera o[censored]tter worst quality.
I got scammed by avita.

Full description - As the headphone jack/mic is not working, I am not able to take my official meetings on MS-Teams / Hangouts. This is affecting my work as a full-time online IT support.
