I applied for Fastag through Axis bank on 06th Jan, but I have not received it yet even after 15 days. Bank's Fastag customer care number can never be reached. I lodged a service request on Axis Bank Fastag website, but I have not received any response and the SR is still open. I also contacted the nearest Axis Bank branch, but could not get any information on the delivery status of Fastag. Fastag has become mandatory, but I feel helpless...

How can you opened demat account without asking me & have deducated 747.5 rs from my account for opening this demat account, as i am not depository participant or any stoke broker for holding mutual fund investments.

They cheated and deducted my rs. 747.5 on the name of demat account...
