The air conditioner doesn't get start

Hi,
We have a air conditioner of azure having product code as182aaz011 and serial number i226m04000872. We are facing an issue in this ac from last few days. Now we are request you to please check and repair this ac as soon as possible. This ac have 2 years remaining warranty. We are using your a lot of air conditioner. So please done it as soon as possible. Send your service engineer on below address.

The Remote Control is not working

Dear Sir, My Sapphire model's Azure Air conditioner's remote control is not working because of which we are unable to switch on our A.c as it doesn't even have a direct switch on the device. I tried to buy a new Remote Control but its currently unavailable in the market, so please help me solve this problem as soon as possible....
