The diaper claims upto 12 hours absorption but it really does not even provide 4 hours of absorbsption. The gel in the diaper lacks making the baby, it's clothes and the bed wet. It is surely not worth spending so much money on a brand which does not even provide correct vital information.

I spoke to customer care they ask me to go store n ask them to make complain ticket bt manager at store is nt ready to replace as the box of bottle was nt there with me this is very disappointing being a brand they don't help out in anyway nor they exchanging clothes size it's with tag as in some urgency I have to go out of city the next day of shopping. Bt no support from them it's very bad...

I have ordered babyhug xxl size diaper and whenever this gets wet it looses gel from inside and leaves its surface and baby feels wet ( can see the condition of diaper in attached images gel moves down after one or two urine), and due to this baby private area gets red and rashes irritates baby skin. This can harm my baby as we use these diapers on sensitive area. This is really concerning. I want to return this pathetic diaper. I have bought...

We purchased this Pump on 9/12/2021 and the piece we recived is a defective one. We logged a complaint on 11/12 ( Complaint No. 301062 )but have not received any revert since then. Since this is a baby product it requires more attention and should have been taken more seriously as it adds up to the stress of new mom.
