SIR I HAD BEEN SUBMIT MY PF WITHDRAW FORM TO THE COMPANY IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2011 WHICH THEY SEND TO PF OFFICE ON 39TH JUNE 2011, WHICH I NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE, ON EPFO WEBSITE ITS SHOWING IN PROCESS AND RECEIVED THERE BY 1ST JULY 2011. I ALSO RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLDGMENT FROM BAL PHARMA LTD, BUT TILL DATE I NOT RECEIVED MY PF AMMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT TILL DATE.
