The gas was not delivered even after one month.

I am not getting my subsidy regularly

So many times I complained about this delay delivering gas at home..no action taken on that problem..every month Charles delivery boy he not at all delivering at correct time..pls take action solve my problem

I had been booked for refilling cylinder on[protected]. But not yet received sofar. other cylinder was empty How to manage to cylinder. Pl may be delivered correct schedule

Please note that my refund had not been credit in my bank account against the consumer no 605889, subsidy consumed 23rd jan 2014. kindly look this matter and credit the amount at the earliest. As per above subject mentioned I would like to inform you that gas cylinder had not received yet against the reference number 296084. You are requested to kindly look this matter seriously and deliver at the earliest. I am customer of Indane and I am attached with Sri Balaji Agencies, Ambattur (near Stedford Hospital). Whenever I try to book cylinders over phone, the phone nos.26583977, 26580977, 26583577 are busy and there is no one to attend the call as and when the line is clear.

I am facing a new problem for the past 2 to 3 months. I have 2 gas cylinders, when one cylinder is over I used to book for another cylinder and would receive it in time. But now I am receiving only one cylinder in a month. When I book for a cylinder over phone, the booking clerk in Balaji Gas Agency instruct me to book 2nd cylinder on completion of 25 days after receiving the first cylinder and that the cylinder will be delivered to me on completion of 10 days from the date of booking.

I am having a joint family and hence, the cylinder is empty on completion of 25 to 30 days. Due to the reasons adduced above, I am forced to borrow a cylinder from my neighbours and when my cylinder has come, I have to return the cylinder back. This month both my gas cylinders are empty and I did not receive any cylinders even on loan till now.

My son has contacted Balaji Gas Agency over phone several times on 22/12/2009 but every time the phone nos (including emergency nos.) are busy and no one attended the phone. So, he went there in person and requested them to give a full cylinder but left empty handed. He was told that the cylinder will be issued in 10 days. Since I am have 2 cylinders, I am not eligible to receive kerosene from the ration shop.

My question is what is the use of having two cylinders in my name when I am getting only one. The money spent for obtaining 2 cylinders has gone waste. I want to know what action will be taken against the agency for their worst customer service.
