I have completed more than 1 year in this house and even though I didn't want to switch, i am looking for another place because of irrational behaviour from house owner's end. We let a friend stay with us for a month and he had a problem with it which was understandable and we gave him another 2k proceeding discussion on the topic. Since then he continues to overstep his boundaries and comment where he is not supposed to....
