Bangalore metro ticket prices are so high. When compared with delhi metro, bangalore metro train ticket prices are more then double. The middle and upper class people of the society can bear this cost, but the economically lower sections of people such as contract laborers find it very very difficult to bear the high cost.

This is with regards to the new rule regarding maintaining minimum balance of rs. 50/- in the metro smart card of namma metro (Bangalore).

My daily commutation route to office is changing and the card will no more be useful to me.

I have ₹ 49/- in my card which i'm not able to utilise further and my money in the card is completely wasted.
