I have received an incorrect traffic violation fine for speaking on phone while driving. I have never been to the area mentioned in the fine. Also the car is not mine. It is an Ertiga car with a doctor's logo. The Car # in the image looks like KA03MV6483.

I have Toyota Liva car with the no.KA03MV6485.

It is a technical error.

Request you to please look into it and resolve.

(Honda bike). Someone using my bike number and making fraud. I have my vehicle documents with me. Request you to please check attached snapshots and take immediate action on it.

I was stopped by a traffic police near Rajajinagar 1st Block flyover because the pillion rider was not wearing a helmet. And since there was already a fine of ₹2000 on my vehicle the police asked me to clear all the fines and that he would not fine me for the current violation of pillion rider not wearing the helmet. So I cleared the fine and got the receipt for the same. After I left the police has again clicked the picture from behind and has added it as a new fine in the website. How do we trust the police? And why didn't they include ₹500 with the ₹2000 instead of fake promising the rider? Please look into it. Thank you

My vehicle number is KA01HZ5002(BULLET, BLACK). I have registered this vehicle in 2018 received a notice from RTO for driving vehicle without helmet and I paid the amount. When I crossed check the image from website I found different vehicle with same number plate. (Honda Activa: Blue) with too many violations. Can same number be allotted to 2 different vehicles? Hello Sir, My two-wheeler has been wrongly assigned challans - 'riding without helmet'. As you can see here, vehicle number in picture is KA03JQ9199 but my vehicle number is KA03HQ9199. Please help to get this fine assignment corrected.

Suddenly 4 cases registered on my Two wheeler at 16/02/2022, On 16/02/2022 I'm out off station hence i didn't ride the bike on that day plz provide confirmation photos and location

I was checking traffic fines for my two wheeler on paytm and found 2 fines has been raised against my vehicle after checking details i found that its some different vehicle with different number.

I have checked with traffic police and no one is giving right solution and suggesting me to visit their main office which is 30 KM away from my place. i have send couple of mails also but didnt receive any support.

1.They tow vehicles from from commercial parking space, upon asking them to provide proof of issue whether the vehicle was in no parking zone
they use vulgar language (like abusing mom, also saying WWW )and say rowdy sheeter case will be filled on you .
2. this wasn't said by a contractor rather a traffic police officer . upon receiving the bike it had a damaged front doom . my bike is worth 1.78Lakhs . it cost me 27k to fix the front end.

one time they took my keys for having automatic daylight led in my bike . it can't be turned off.

In other country cops makes us feel safe, here by seeing them we feel like drug traffickers even without doing any crime.

this is why educated Indians leave the country, we don't get good life by paying taxes rather get harassed by tax eaters.

who will save us from legal rowdies aka police, we cant even ask question without getting beaten up, SEXually abused or getting filled for rowdy sheeter.

this illegal parking fine is a 1000crore+ industry . only way to stop it is . ticket should be issued only as image as proof .

But I & my bike were not there in Bangalore from last 2 years and how do i violate the traffic, somehow i paid previous challan but can’t pay anymore these false challans.

Request you to recheck photo taken while raising challan and remove the false challan against me.

Today afternoon my scooty was towed from Indiranagar and taken to Jeevan Bhima Traffic Police station.

Bill No. - E/4/1083/444570

While these people towed the scooty, there was no guidelines before towing, as there was no alert by blowing siren. I was present right there and requested a lot but they just picked without listening anything.

When I reached Jeevan Bhima Traffic Police station, I had to pay 1178/- as fine.

The scooty had multiple scratches and horn stopped working. Upon complaining, there was no co-operation from traffic police and tow guys.

The behaviour is very rude and there is no co-operation.

Please look into this.

I have received a fine of 500 for no entry on my number plate KA05KZ7581 but when i checked the image. The vehicle was not mine. I have registered my bike xpulse200 in june 2020 but this vehicle was an access 125 in the image shown. Please look into it. Thank you

I was receiving violations fine which is done by other vehicle which is - bajaj - Pulser - ka 04 jt 8187.

I have also have photo & document proof for this invalid violation.

I request for immediate response & permanent solution for this issue.

The no parking ticket that I have received (05-OCT-21) for vehicle number KA02HZ6651 (Notice NO[protected] is not correct because I had not parked my vehicle there and I have the proof for that so please read the mail completely as I will be attaching the proof.
The police stopped me for a general check and when I got down from my vehicle he took the photo and labelled it as no parking.
The proof is that when I was stopped I had a pending traffic violation for which I had to pay the fine, and I got down from my vehicle to pay that fine to the police inspector and I also paid the fine. I have attached the screen shot of the invoice ( google pay screenshot) in which you can see that I paid the fine on 05-Oct-21 at time 1:32pm and I have received this ticket on 05-OCT-21 at 1:30pm. This proves that I did not park the vehicle there.
I request you to please look into this as I have not done any traffic violation and take action against the police officer that was there at that time.

And you can see that I received the ticket on the same day at 1:30pm.

My name is Nikhil . I have recieved a false allegation from bangalore traffic police stating my vehicle KA03MY7444 committed trafiic violation by jumping the traffic signal on the 16/11/2021 at RLVD jn, Ejipura, Bangalore. Notice no : 43574075. From Oct 9th 2021 onwards I am staying in Kerala and didnt go back to Bangalore. As proof I have the fasttag debit details. Please cancel this false allegation.

As my bike is of 2006 model it’s number was of KA04ES380 but as of new vehicle has Ending 4 digits but my vehicle has 3 digits as per my RC Book, but police and filed case that I have not added 0 to my number plate 0380, but as per RC It’s 380 only

On 22/12/21, I have received a message in my mobile showing challan of Rs500 for my vehicle no. KA02JQ6875 for jumping signals on 12/09/21. But when I crossverified, there is no challan in the E-challan website as well as in mParivahan app. I have also checked the Digitab Violation images from http://btp.gov.in, it showed some other two wheeler which does not belongs to me.Please look into this matter on an urgent basis. Thanks.

Today, between 3:40pm and 4:00pm, I was passing through Sanket Tank signal (Shivaji Statue side signal) towards Mekhri Circle. As most o[censored]s know, there is no free left but there is an extra 30 to 35 seconds green signal for left turn for every green signal from Sanket Tank. Seeing that green signal for left turn, I passed through that signal and took left turn and unexpectedly 2 traffic police people halted my car and started saying that I have jumped the signal. I told them that there was green when I took left turn but they did not listen. One of them already started putting my details into his machine for fine. Even though I had not jumped any signal, they wanted me to pay fine for signal jump. Finally, after so much convincing, they let me off. Horrible experience. Hope the higher ups take some appropriate action against such police.

We are TN registeration vehicle, in electronic city bridge there were 3 officers who stopped us and told we are speeding but there was no max speed at all . He left all Karnataka vehicle which were in 80 - 90 speed and he only stopped all TN vehicles .
Along with us there were other TN vehicle. I think TN people give more respect to Karnataka people but in return what is this. And also this they did for an Army person.

Requesting the Bangalore Traffic Police to install 'no parking' boards wherever they tow all the vehicles (Especially two wheelers). I've payed my hard earned money to these stupid so called traffic tow authorities for no reason. There were no 'no parking' boards placed in the place where i had parked my two wheeler and these ### just pick my vehicles. If you follow rules so accurate, then why don't you people place a 'no parking' board there & pick the vehicles as per your wish. And moreover you can't even maintain the roads properly for which we pay tax from our pocket, ending up going on those roads & getting killed in road accidents. You people are playing with middle class people's life & don't get cursed, which will be very bad.
Even in residential places you people tow away the vehicles, then where the hell should we park the vehicles. Either allocate a designated place to park our vehicles or else do not tow our vehicles.

Whoever reads this or just ignore after reading, requesting you to at least spread this until it reaches the appropriate authorities to have some action in place. Else we will be paying these stupid authorities for no reason.

I might be falsely charged by the traffic police at Homaravu Agara Rd vadarpalya for INR 1000 on 5 December, 2021.

While I was waiting at the signal there, a traffic policeman came to me and told me to pay my pending dues. When I asked about my violation they told me that on[protected]:23, I have tickets for pillion not wearing a helmet and violation of safety measures.

I live in Karthik Nagar (Marathalli) which is arounf 10-12 kms from the location where I was fined. Moreover the location where I was asked to pay fine and the violation location is both the same.

I got confused because I did not remember me or anyone riding without a helmet on my 2 wheeler recently. But they insisted that there is and I should pay the fine then and there itself.

I was not in Bangalore till 14 November, 2021. And my location history timeline in my phone shows that I have not used my bike until 17 November, 2021 5:18pm. that too only for around 2 kms near my place in Karthik nagar. I have office on weekdays which include[protected]. I wake up around 10 am. And the pillion rider with whom I only travel with has meeting at 10 am every day. So it's not possible to go to that place in the morning.

Please let me know with proof about any possible violations for my Vehicle on that date[protected]KA 03 JM 1304).
I request you to please look into this matter on high priority as there could be someone using my plates (which I doubt because how can I be fined at the same place where the violation took place and I have not gone to that area in past many months) or some possible fraud.

I saw two traffic challans on bike(KA53EH1183) on same data(26-OCT-2021) without digital photo proofs. I wonder because past 3 years staying in Hyderabad and also bike with me.

Please help on this to cancel my e-challans.

1. Not wearing helmet
2. Number plate is incorrect

But because of safety purpose I wear helmet Any time while riding.i have promised my family that I will not violite any traffic rule, and do not ride without safety gear.i believe sir I have not done this violation

And my number plate also correct using from past five year.when ever banglore traffic police stop me for documents I have given all necessary documents and they i have personally check my scooter and without any defect they have told to leave
.. please help me sir with this 1000rs I can fullfill my family needs.without VIOTING TRAFFIC rule PAYING FINES Is hard to me

I am writing this after a very bad experience we are facing on a daily basis in Bengaluru Karnataka.this is 4th time they picked our bike from the parked area .I parked infront of isha diagnostic centre Malleshwaram 15th cross Bengaluru .when I went to hospital they picked my bike from parking area with in 10min with no warning, announcement .I followed them to take my bike as I was in bad condition of hospital emergency I begged them showed picture of parked area .told them I was not wrong .tht police officer who was on duty at 6pm Malleshwaram area who hesitated to tell his name and arranged contract workers to collect bribe of 850 instead of 1600 without bill.and used very foul language against me when I showed my hospital reports .he used very bad language and misbehaved in public without considering me as a lady .then after standing for 2hours he collected 1000 from me forcefully since it was heavily raining and gave my bike back .I was parked in correct area I have license, emissions certificate, insurance also I have proof of video and photo tht I was not parked in no parking area.because of my bike no issues have been picked.i know traffic rules properly .these Traffic police officers are torturing us common man to give bribe everyday even though parked in correct area.this is becoming daily routine of them to grab 1000 from everyone .money latching, using bad words, physical abuse is more common nowadays they'll treat citizens like atm machines .even women are suffering it daily after work when we will return they will be waiting for us to put any random charges .

I have been fined with Digitab violation on 10th Aug'21 at 9:10AM stating riding without a helmet and Def.Reg.No plate each with fine of Rs.500 at 99, MEI Road, APMC Yard, Yeshwantpur Industrial Suburb, Yeshwantpur, Bangalore - 560022.
Notice Numbers: 19813514 and 19913513.

That day I was at home (Nagarabhavi) at 9 AM and was attending my office training. I can show them the proof that I was in a meeting, as it was a recorded session.

The image which they have uploaded is not at all clear and it is clear that the vehicle is Bajaj Pulsar, however, I own TVS Apache. Also, there is no clear picture of the vehicle registration number of that vehicle.

How can police fine with the help of this image to the vehicle where the registration number is not visible? If they are very confident about my vehicle being in that area, I need supportive evidence which captures my vehicle's registration number.

This shows how ineffective the policemen are. I need to know who is the policeman who tagged my vehicle to this offense and also I request the department to take disciplinary action against that policeman for not doing his job correctly.

Both of these offenses should be disregarded and I owe an explanation from the department on this havoc.

I have all the evidence to prove myself that I was in my residence and my bike was at home and no one rode my bike on that day.

As I m aware thta if a govt official is not in uniform means he is not on duty, but a traffic official standing near PARA regiment JC Nagar taking the pictures on mobile as he is standing without uniform. He is not holding any authority to take pictures when he not in uniform.
