while checking is there a fine on my vehicle KA04JW5997 (Suzuki Access-125), a fine was put and the reason mentioned was defective number plate.
but in the uploaded image the offence is caused by Splendor Bike.
PFA as seen in the attachment the offence Description the vehicle causing the offence is two-wheeler( SPLENDOR bike)

The Reg NO. KA04JW5997 as per the ticket belongs to Suzuki Access 125.

could you please check and clear the fine.

Please note for vehicle number KA04MP9848 driver is wearing seat belt. Even if there is no mandatory seat belt for passenger. All the fines are related to seat belt violation. Kindly provide clarification.

Myself Amith K from Dabaspete, Bengaluru Rural. I own a Yamaha MT-15 with RC Number: KA 51 HP 3171 and I have been fined for violating traffic rules which I never did.

I have not broken any traffic rules until now. The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different person. The traffic rules were violated by Scooty Suzuki Access 125 with RC number: KA 51 HR 3171.

A False fine of 1000 rupees is levied on me ( challan No:[protected] which is captured under digitab violation.

My vehicle is Suziki Access 125 scooty ( KA 03 KJ 5892 )

I have not violated that traffic rules.
The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different person.

In photo its clearly visible that Vehicle number is not mine and offender is riding a different vehicle which is not suziki access.

My vehicle number is KA03JF8573, which is a Purpule TVS Jupiter scooter but the Notice number 41425374 and 41425508 does not belong to my scooter itself. The file registered is wrong.

Both O[censored]s was wearing Safety seat belt (Cream Colour) on 21/02/2024,
Then also I have received Offence as ' FAIL TO USE SAFETY BELT' in image we both is wearing SAFETY BELT (CREAM COLOUR) clearly seen in captured image.

Thank you for fulling your responsibilities, You guys are playing major leave to control the day to day traffic.

My sister's Bike number is KA 09 HJ 5215. As of we check there 3 violations has been registered on above vehicle number.

On 20/Sept-2023 at 8.21 Am there is a complaint which was raised saying that " Parking near traffic light/ stopping on Zebra cross". But you can clearly see in the below picture that the vehicle hasn't been parked and if the vehicle is stopped, to balance it you should keep either one of you leg on the ground.

However, as you can see both the leg's are on the bike and it clearly shows that the vehicle is in moving condition.

Please find below the picture and revoke the complaint at the earliest.

The fine is levied on me wrongly, the rider were wearing the helmets but still it is fined as rider not wearing helmet.

Hi.. My name is Munibabu Peddakonda. I own Yamaha FZ-S Bike with No: KA03JM8648. I see that there is a fine under this number. I was not in Bangalore during this time. I was in my hometown. In the images attached for the traffic violation, I can see that its a scooty, which is not my Bike. There is lot of dust on the number plate and "JK or " is read as "JM". Please remove this fine and add it to correct bike. I am a law abiding citizen. I am attaching my RC as proof which shows that KA03JM8648 bike is YAMAHA FZ-S and not the scooty. I have received two false complaints on my Hero Maestro edge Registration number is KA-05-KC-4700. As my vehicle is maestro edge but the photo shows its activa holding a no KA-05-MN-1438 and another vehicle no KA-0--KC-4700 in this vehicle as 05 is not proper its not mine i have attached my vehicle backside for reference.

I'm receiving false complaints on my 2wheeler Activa Registration number is KA-03-JD-9794 since my bike colors is RED but the photos of violation attached is different(White in colors) and they are not my bikes but the number of vehicle is same for all .

Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is to let you know that on (27/11/2023) at 4.49PM there has been a false public eye complaint was raised on my Car (KA 50 M 8468) as no parking.

There was no proof that my car was in front of the No-Parking space with required information such as Images, address and any other documents in regards to the violation for logging a complaint. The complaint or notice number is 62558317 raised does not seems to be valid in either way that was supposed to be given but missing.

So please do review the complaint that was provided by the public once again and cancel the same as this is a false accusation. I am attaching the Photocopy of the digital violation for your kind reference.

I do have my driver's license and legal documents and abide by the traffic rules and there is no room for violation.

Appreciate your immediate action in this matter.
