Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is to let you know that on (27/11/2023) at 4.49PM there has been a false public eye complaint was raised on my Car (KA 50 M 8468) as no parking.

There was no proof that my car was in front of the No-Parking space with required information such as Images, address and any other documents in regards to the violation for logging a complaint. The complaint or notice number is 62558317 raised does not seems to be valid in either way that was supposed to be given but missing.

So please do review the complaint that was provided by the public once again and cancel the same as this is a false accusation. I am attaching the Photocopy of the digital violation for your kind reference.

I do have my driver's license and legal documents and abide by the traffic rules and there is no room for violation.

Appreciate your immediate action in this matter.

My car's registration number is KA03NJ4319. We received an false fine for failing to use a seat belt at the OLD AIRPORT ROAD SIGNAL. I was wearing my seat belt, and my co-passenger also had their seat belt fastened. Kindly assist us in rectifying this issue by reviewing the attached image and helping us remove this incorrect fine.

Recently I checked fine Portal as I check is regularly and I was shocked to see that there is a fine amount for not wearing helmet. I was shocked because I never take my bike without helmet. When I looked deeper I found that there is another person riding a dio with my number. Whereas what i own is a honda hness.

Date of the incident - 19th July 2023

Description - I have been wrongly fined for violating traffic rules.

I have not violated any traffic rules.

This fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different person.
The person who violated traffic rule is driving Access 125 with number plate KA05 LD9471 which is different from my number plate and different vehicle. There might be error in analysing the photo/while recording incident in challan. Please check the photo again and cancel the fine on me.

I have got a case on my two wheeler vehicle telling "pillow-not wearing protective head gear" and fined me an amount of 500/-on the date of,[protected], time is 4:42 am...and after checking for photo there is no eveident proof attached...and place is given as PUBLIC EYE COMPLAINT.
I have not ridden my vehicle at that time which is 4:42 am.. I was sleeping
how can they fine me when I was sleeping and my vehicle parked in my home.. and there is no photo attached of violation..

I was charged fine against "PARKING NEAR ZEBRA CROSS" actually i was stopped at the signal and not crossing the zebra line. Please check the image attached, in that it clear that my legs are far away from the line so my bike. By first look it seems like I am crossing the line but not.

Since the complaint was filed at a different address and the main road was listed as the basis for it, I ask that you void the bogus fine. I had parked my car close to my house, but it wasn't on the main road.

Please find the full address below for your records. No. 22, 6th Cross, Muneshwara Block, 19th Main Road, Bangalore 560026.

The address of my home is as previously indicated, however it is not the primary one, politely. Please fix the problem and revoke the erroneous fine.

Sir I've parked my bike inside the parking Court line only but the traffic police has fined no parking 1000rs in my bike .

There is a false fine put on my Bike. My Bike Model is Yamaha FZ v2 green colour. My Bike number is KA 05 JC 4780. On My bike number there is a false fine mentioned stating Rider not wearing Helmet and some other Bike photo which has number KA 05 LC 4780 is attached.

There are 2 fines on the Vehicle number KA05LM7390, & the voilation date is[protected] at 6:48AM, as on this time My bike will be at home, here I am not understanding why the false fine made on this vehicle number, also there is no images uploaded in the Karnataka one & there is no location mentioned. please check is there any typo error made while entering the vehicle number.

I have been falsely accused of Road parking near traffic light/ Stopping on Zebra crossing near Modi Hospital rajajinagar.

I am Dileep my vehicle is KA01MF7109 (Fiat Linea - Car)

I have found 13 fake compliant against my above mentioned car, as per compliant it is "PUBLIC EYE COMPLIANT" and Offence Description "PARKING ON FOOTPATH". Someone have failed this fake fine continuously every day during May-2023 month which is absolutely wrong.
I have not violated any traffic rules and it appears to be someone have failed fake fines through public eye app and there is no proof/photo of violation. Not sure how/on what basis these fines are charged.

Request you to re-check the fines and help in clearing/removing these fake complaints.

My bike is KA41Y9653 Manhinda Red color bike.
As digital picture shows a different two wheeler scooty and a number is mis read and put false complaint to my Mahindra two wheeler bike.

The picture bike shows 9658 but they mis understood and put false fine to my bike.
