I received a false notice for parking near traffic light/stopping near Zebra Crossing on[protected]:51 with vehicle number KA02KE0447, near Dr MC Modi hospital, with notice number: 58405975. That was not happened, my vehicle is moving when signal turned green, by looking into picture posted in violation we can clearly notice that our vehicle is in moving position. so please clear my fine data of false violation

Hi BTP, My Motorcycle No - KA 04 JV 0176 which is fined for Stopping/Parking at Zebra Crossing @ Dadda Banaswadi Signal on[protected]. (Notice ID[protected].
As i can see in Images that both my legs are in Bike's Foot rest, which we can stop Motorcycle by keeping our leg on road itself. But in Image it says my both legs are not on roads. As Image is captured while moving.
Even other side you can see Cars are moving Forward.br...

Hi Sir,
There is a traffic violation seen in karnataOne site on[protected]. which is addressed wrongly to my Vehicles registration Number KA50Y0190.

The violation photograph attached is not my vehicle as the number is not clear, also my vehicle is Hero Maestro Edge which is white color, the photograph attached vehicle is Honda Activa.

Kindly resolve this issue as there are 16 violations and the photograph is available for 9 violations, where in all photographs the vehicle is Honda Activa.

Request you to resolve the issue by removing the wrong fine of 6000 rs charged against my vehicle number KA50Y0190.

My name is Mohan V, I own a Suzuki access 125, Reg no KA 02 KJ 0712. recently a case as been registed on my scooter as on 28/05/2023, 08:16 at sampige road, malleshwaram by ITMS camera, offence of registation is Rider not wearing protective head gear(helmet).

In the below attachment you can find the rider is wearing head protective gear(helmet). and the 4 year kid is sitted in front of me and the camera has mistaken it.

I request you to verify it and resolve it and remove the registed case as soon has possible.

Description of the incident - I have received a fine of INR 1, 000/- for a flase case. In the offence they have mentioned that I had parked the vehicle near traffic light or had stopped the vehicle on zebra crossing. But I haven't done any of those(I've attaced the image below).

Desirable solution - This might have been a system error and a complaint may have been generated. I humbly request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and cancel the false case that has been registered.

I believe the concerned authorities will resolve this case soon.

My vehicle KA04KG3507 has received a fine for jumping a traffic signal however, when I log on to btp.gov.in to check the image, the image does not show me violating the traffic rule but only shows me on the bike riding and I can see no signal in the image to prove that I have jumped the signal.
If in case I have jumped the signal, I would be happy to pay the fine with sufficient proof given. But if not I would like this fine removed from my vehicle as there is no guarantee for me jumping the signal.

On my vehicle KA-02-KH-8697 on this number there is a 2 false violation fine registered from public eye that violation is Rider and Pillon rider is not wearing helmet on 22/04/2023 2:43 Am

But the fact is on that day i have went home from my office at 11:20 pm before 11:40 I was in home only, And exept me no one will take my vehicle, and am surprised that how its possible.. !!!

On 23rd 2:43 am violation registered but i didn't even take my bike till 11 am on that day.

Main thing is there is no photo of the violation and violation place also it's not mentioned it's just showing the fine .. i request you that please verify the number of the vehicle and place and please remove this false fine from my vehicle
..

More important i never drive vehicle without helmate .. so am damn sure that this is a false fine .. hope you solve this mistake ASAP

This is C M Rakshith, my vehicle number is KA05LJ2311 where i got a false fine of 500 for not wearing helmet. Actually i was wearing helmet in the fine picture helmet is visible clearly
Axor is a company helmet but still i got fine so please resolve this issue
