My vehicle KA-02-KH-8697 on this number there is a 2 false violation fine registered from public eye that violation is Rider and Pillon rider is not wearing helmet on 22/04/2023 2:43 Am

But the fact is on that day i have went home from my office at 11:20 pm before 11:40 I was in home only, And exept me no one will take my vehicle, and am surprised that how its possible.. !!!

On 23rd 2:43 am violation registered but i didn't even take my bike till 11 am on that day.

Main thing is there is no photo of the violation and violation place also it's not mentioned it's just showing the fine .. i request you that please verify the number of the vehicle and place and please remove this false fine from my vehicle

More important i never drive vehicle without helmate .. so am damn sure that this is a false fine .. hope you solve this mistake ASAP

Dear Sir,

I just noticed Someone is misusing my bike "Honda Hornet" number plate "KA04JH8336" with some Scooter "Blue Access" in Bangalore.

They have violated the traffic rule with my number in their plate & violated for "ONE WAY/NO ENTRY" and "PILLION-NOT WEARING PROTECTIVE HEAD GEAR" in the year 22nd feb & 30th April 2022. I have moved out of bangalore in 2020 itself .

This seems to be a fraudulent offence, could you kindly take action on them . Requesting you to remove the charges incurred on my number as it was not my bike itself.

Attached are the evidence image & my bike number plate & registration card details.

Kindly let me know if any other procedures are required

Lately i noticed a fine on my bike through your website stating pillion rider is not wearing helmet. I ride a bike which is Honda CD110 where as the vehicle in the image is Honda Activa. Also the number diplayed in the picture who has actualy vilolated trafic law is KA 05 KD 7483, where as my bike registration number is KA 05 KA 7483.
As the fine levied on me is incorrect as teh offender is a different person and vehicle I kindly request you to recheck the image and help by canceling the fine levied on my vehicle.

This incident happened long time back near NU Hospital road, Padmanabhanagar Bangalore.
This traffic police with badge named Madhusudhan Rao was taking bribe and a senior citizen had captured it using his mobile phone from the nearby
bakery/shop. Then his colleagues observed this and caught the old man and brought him to this Madhusudhan Rao, who go so fierce that he snatched the mobile phone and started hitting the senior citizen. When we from public raised voice, he started hitting us and threatened to charge some fines of traffic violation against us. That uncle was on his knees crying and they took him in their jeep. His senior inspectors name was Mr. Appaji, which we saw when the jeep came and he was unware of what this Madhusudhan Rao and gang were doing. It was like a movie scene. Shame to have such police and its disgusting to even complain on such people. We should feel safe when the police is around, whereas in Bangalore we are afraid when we see police as they threaten and loot us. They the legal goondas of this generation, i will send this to our prime minister as well, hope to get some justice against the injustice of Madhusudhan Rao.

On 11 Feb 2023 at 10.31pm, I was standing at CMH Hospital Jn signal(JB Nagar) where ITMS camera detected that I was standing on zebra crossing. I moved front because to maintain distance between the behind vehicle and my vehicle,
Although along with me two vehicles KA40X9688 and KA03JV7080 were also standing on the 'Zebra crossing line' . The ITMS camera didn't detected the other two vehicles nos., only my vehicle KA53EY3239 has booked the case of fine Rs.1000/-. This is Unfair.

I would request Bangalore Traffic Police and Consumer helpline to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have Honda Activa i scooty with a registration number KA50 W 3638. I see a fine of Rs.1000 for rider and the pillion not wearing helmet is levied. I checked the digital violation imaged and found that it is not for my vehicle.

The vehicle in the image is a red colour bike with registration number KA50 W 3678 (last second digit is 7)

Please note that i have not violated the traffic rule and is levied on my vehicle incorrectly.

Please check the photo and cancel my fine on my scooty KA50 W 3638.

Today around 22:55 hrs i booked a OLA Auto service from Satellite Bus Stand, Mysore Road to Gayathri Nagar (Subramanya Nagar Ward). The travellers were three members (My wife, her younger brother and his wife). They were coming back from Male Mahadeshwara Temple (Chamaraja Nagar). the booking amount was 223 Rupees. After booking the driver (KA01 AL7671 Anil Kumar N Bajaj Re), on arriving to pickup spot (The time as around 11:10 pm) he demanded for extra 100 Rupees otherwise he will not pickup the customers. My wife told him about the money showing in OLA service and asked for the reason of paying extra money. He replied in arrogant way that if they want the ride they have to pay extra money otherwise they can find another auto and he will not cancel the ride. Let cancel the ride ourselves and bare the cancellation fine. Later i raised a query with ola service to wave off the cancellation fine. But my question is, in night time when women passengers are looking for auto, and the auto drivers refused to ride and behave like this where is the safety and what we have to trust?
Respected sir, please look into this matter and instruct the auto drivers that they are for the good service to the society and they should be trustable. All are human and they should not look customers like ATM machine. We all know that they struggle a lot to earn. But nobody earn money easily.

My vehicle number is KA03HN2334 Suzuki swish scooter.
When I checked on the traffic fine site I have been wrongly finned for not wearing helmet and pilon not wearing helmet. However i never travel without helmet.
When I checked the image it is for a totally different scooter with registration number KA03HM2334 Honda Dio scooter.
The only difference in the registration number is HN instead of HM.

I have my TVS NTROQ (Blue Color) (Gear less Scooter) vehicle with registration number KA 04 JZ 5870. I saw your internet portal received the two messages with two notice number. 51580602 & 51592172.

I see a fine of 500 rupees towards Rider not wearing the helmet (250 rupees) & Pillion not wearing Helmet (250 Rupees). When I saw digital violation images, I realized it is not my vehicle in the photos.
The vehicle in the photos is not mine. it is having registration numbers of KA 04 AZ 5870 (Bike).

I have not violated that traffic rules.
The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different persons.

I have my Royal Enfield standard 350 (Black Colour) Vehicle registration number KA 01 HE 6872. i saw a fine of Rs. 500/- towards Pillion-Not wearing Protective Head Gear and vehicle in the photo is not mine. it is a interceptor Silver Colour vehicle and the person riding alone without pillion.
