I am working in Koramangala for the past 4yrs and I am parking my two wheeler in front of my restaurant
I received a photo & fine message
I don't think it's correct
I request for a cancellation for the same

Hi,
Vehicle was parked outside jadgish hotel sanket road the path way is a part of entrance to the hotel yet a picture was clicked and ticket was raised as parking on footpath.
I dont know what i can i do about this. If you can please help me with this.
I am attaching a picture uploaded by police

My bike number some other using, am getting fine.

Am using honda active 3g scooter using but am getting fine image have Suzuki access bike photo

This is a kind request for installation of traffic signal or appointing a traffic police at Kenchanapura road - outer ring road junction(near HP petro bunk). It is becoming very difficult every single day especially during morning peak hour between 7:30am to 9:30am to cross the junction. There will be traffic movement from all the roads towards all other roads. There are around 5 to 6 schools in the vicinity and needless to say because of which there would be too many vehicles and school vans which have to pass the junction around 8'o clock.
My humble request to the dept to please resolve this issue with a good solution that will enable everyday commuters like us to reach the destination safely and on time.

This is Tejas from Bangalore, Few months back I was stopped by the traffic police in order to pay fine regarding a previously committed offence, the offence was that,
"1. Pillion rider not wearing helmet.
2. Rider using phone."
At the time I was in a hurry so I dint ask for proof and paid the fine (I have the photograh of the receipt), but now when I checked my challan in the Karnataka one portal, it is still showing uncleared.
Also, this time I checked the photo of which I was charged and found out I was wrongly accused of the fine and the rider was not at all talking on phone, the rider is riding with helmet and the pillion rider is not wearing helmet and was talking on phone.
But they charged me fine (Rs. 1000/-) saying that the rider was talking on phone which is not listed under chargeable offence.

Another time I was stopped for previously committed violation, it was "Pillion rider not wearing helmet", as I was aware of it, I paid the fine as soon as I was asked to pay but now it still shows un-cleared and pending in the Karnataka one portal.

So plz provide me justice and plz make sure I get a refund.

I have received two challans for jumping red traffic signal. I am a strict follower of traffic rules and have not crossed any red signal. In a busy traffic sometimes you cross the white line when the signal is green, but when you reach the opposite end the signal may become red. I don’t think this is jumping the red signal. In my both challans same thing has happened. If you check the photo I am at the opposite end of the road and the signal has become red. Requesting the concerned authorities to look into the details and do the needful.

I gave my 2 wheeler for service in garage he parked in front of his garage and it was not a No parking area . Then also police took photo and added complaint of parking in No parking area of Rs 1000. so kindly check my case resolve it

Bangalore traffic police charges incorrect fines as bike was in parking and packed state and they fined for not wearing helmet

I have received 3 Traffic violations challan on my bike (KA 02 JS 3686, Pulsar NS 200, White Color) And the image attached to the Challan is not representing my bike in the DIGITAB, In this case I would like to say that the violations were not made by me or might be done by someone else and while registering police might have entered the wrong bike details,
I kindly request you to please clear all the 3 cases on my bike.

Unknown car is been parked in front of the house with all 4 wheel punctured from last week . Tried to reach the number in car but it’s switched off at the moment.

Kindly tow this vehicle and warn the vehicle owner for this behaviour.

Since many days my neighbor parked a BLACK MARUTI ALTO car with expired registration KA51M5660 and also a bike CKD 586 on the road causing obstruction to traffic and threatening when asked.

Both car & bike look like a theft vehicles because he is changing number plates frequently as below:
KA51M5660
KA51M5686
KA51M5600.

Kindly take action at the earliest as it has become a nuisance for families with kids in this lane and we are afraid of our vehicles.

Hi Sir,

I have my Yamaha fascino vehicle with registration number KA03KD0216.

Today have received a lokadalat notice letter from Bangalore Traffic Police Department stated that I was riding my vehicle at Raj bhavan circle - pillion not wearing protective head gear on[protected]:10AM

This allegation is invalid because I do not ride without helmet or allow pillion without head gear and even I do not know the mentioned place.

I see a fine of 500 Rupees towards traffic violation no# 34879651. I also tried to check the evidence in traffic police and the link is not working.

I see a fine of 500 Rupees towards rider not wearing protective head gear. When I saw Digitab Violation Image, I realized it is not my vehicle in the photo.
The vehicle in the photo is not mine. It has registration number of KA02KE3427

I have not violated any traffic rules.
The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different person whose vehicle
has a registration number of KA02KE3427

A false litigation has been filed against me witha false evidence in lok Adalat. This is not me and the registration number of the vehicle in the evidence does not match my vehicles registration number.

I have my Honda Xblade(Black with red colour) vehicle with Registration number KA03KA3823. I saw your internet portal and received the text messages from Lok Adalth for any fines.
I see a fine of 1000 Rupees towards Pillion not wearing helmet. When I saw Digitab Violation Images, I realized it is not my vehicle in the photos.
The vehicle in the photos is not mine. It is having registration numbers of KA03KA3824 AND KA03KE3823(Scotty).

I have not violated any traffic rules.
The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different persons.
Please recheck the photo again and cancel the fine on me.

There are 3 traffic violations noticed against my 2 wheeler on the BTP website.

I want to inform you that the concerned vehicle in the images is not mine.

The vehicle reg no in the images is KA03 HL 8765 in which the number 8 is not visible properly and the challan has been put against my vehicle no. KA03 HL 3765.

The vehicle concerned in the image is a Honda non gear vehicle whereas my vehicle is Yamaha FZ16 geared motorcycle.

I request you to kindly check and remove the violations at the earliest. I am being unnecessary harassed by the traffic police on the road.

[protected] there is case registered on my bike for wrong parking but there is no any signed mention as no parking

I own Activa 5G (2019 model) with Bangalore registration(KA01 JE 7790). During the pandemic last year I moved to my native place which is Maheshwar District-Khargone Madhya Pradesh(451221) with my bike. even though my bike is not in Bangalore I getting multiple traffic violation challans.
Could you please help me to understand how is this possible?

Sir My Bike number is KA05 JS 2813 Hero Splendour Plus. You fined ₹1000, parking on Foot path. But the Image Digitab violation you Putted Honda Activa KA05JG 2813 wrong fine and Traffic polices are playing /Irresponsible with the public hard earned money and looting like wrong manner is very Ridiculous.
Please Delete that wrong fine details sir, otherwise i will put a Case on Traffic police Department.

Today 28th May 2022 I have received a text message of 1500 rs fine for violating traffic rules and it has come without from date., Also received another false challan rupees of 500 on 31st July 2020.

But I & my bike were not there in Bangalore from last 2 years and how do i violate the traffic, somehow i paid previous challan but can’t pay anymore these false challans.

Request you to recheck photo taken while raising challan and remove the false challan against me.

I have not violated any traffic rules.
The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different person whose vehicle
has a registration number of KA04JS7231 and it is Yamaha Fascino. Please recheck the photo again and cancel the fine on me.

I have received a wrong challan for my two wheeler. The Notice # is 47257359.

The image is for a different vehicle which is KA04JW4701.

My Vehicle # is KA04JM4701. I have never been to the place which is shown in image.

It is a technical error from your side. Please rectify and issue challan to right person.

On 27.04.2022 around 1.15 pm near queen road in bangalore, a traffic police stopped our car and told the black film in car window is not allowed and have to pay fine. He further asked us whether we need bill Or not.. If we need bill, we have to pay 3500 or else only 1500.. Then we bargained and gave him 1000rs.. Kindly take necessary action against that traffic police. I don't know whether law is to protect people or snatching money from innocent people.. They are leaving people who abduct money ans illegal products, but they are collecting money only from innocent people.. If this is the condition, then it is time to leave India and go abroad. JAI HIND.

I have received a wrong challan under my name for speaking on phone while driving.

The image shown in the challan does not belong to my car. It looks like a doctor's car and it is an Ertiga.

I have never been to the said place before too. I have attached the image also.

It should be a technical error from your side.

Request you to please look into it and raise challan to the right person. I have already sent email with the image to traffic police dept. too.
