1. First, they have been charged only rs. 15, 800/- for registration of punjab national bank csp and also assured that they have provided csp access account, laser printer, biometric device, banner, poster etc.

2. After paid rs. 16, 500.00 then they provide me registration details and charges rs. 25000/- for opening transaction account (Od account). Their executive also assured me that after paid rs. 25000/- no extra amount will require.

3. After paid rs. 25, 000/- now they charge against rs. 36, 800.00 for kyc, agreement and password of the transaction account.

Finally after paid total amount rs. 40, 800/-, it’s clear that they only want to cheat in the name of bank mitra bc pvt. Ltd. And csp bank mitra pvt. Ltd. I have all the proper documents with the recording of all telephonic conversations.

searching from net www.Bankmitrabc.Com i applied online to take kiosk banking csp of punjab national bank, heria bazar branch, branch code-2612.
The money paid rs.91800/-
the company taken
1.Registration-3000/-in the a/c-tapas acharya..A/c no[protected], ifsc-utbi0aia73, rrn[protected], dated on-12/10/2018
2.For security-13800/-in the a/c -manikuntala bera, a/c no-[protected], ifsc-punb0163000, rrn[protected],[protected]
3. For od a/c-75000/-in the a/c-bankmitra bc pvt. Ltd...A/c no-[protected], ifsc-ioba0000366, rrn-sbin[protected] on 02/11/2018
next they directed to deposit rs.38600/-for agreement charges which was suspected and doubtful to me.
So i did not agree of this method and as per direction of relationship manager mr. Kishore solanki i applied for refunding money on rs.100/-stamp paper
it was committed by the company that the money will be refunded within schedule 18th-22nd march 2019.
Now the mobile of the relationship manager mr. Solanki and other s are switched off.
So i do hereby requested to you to take legal step against this fraud company and help me to back my money as early as possible.
