Unauthorised Credit Score Request on my behalf
Hi Team,
I have been receiving unlimited calls from different banking institutions and bank bazaar on my good credit score selling their credit products to me. It was disturbing and striking to me as to why all of a sudden so many people are calling me. Upon checking my emails I see an email from Bank Bazaar stating that ‘Thank you for requesting your credit score’. I also see another email from Experian sending me my credit report. They have clearly listed that it was requested by me via Bankbazaar, wherein I DO NOT use this platform, and neither I had requested any such report. How does bank bazaar or any other financial institution handle customer sensitive data, including our phone numbers?
I want to request some rules around how our data is handled and tossed around. I want to know how easy has it become to get someone credit report? What is the policy in place to such unauthorised requests and what actions are you going to take against Bank Bazaar?

Promotional calls and sms from bank bazaar
Hello paisabazaar,
I am getting frequent phone calles andsms from paisabazar daily. Daily i am getting more than 20 messages and phone calls regarding loans and cards. Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. For every 10 mins i am getting messages from your side. Even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly please help me.

i need to delete my account from bankbazaar due to unwanted interruption using personal information by email and phone calls

By mistake i was created a bank bazaar account one year ago. After that i have received many unwanted emails and phone calls from bank bazaar regarding about cibil score and other loans. So that i searched an option for deleting account on their website. Unfortunately i can't find any option regarding to deactivate or delete my account on bank bazaar official website. So that i contacted them through help desk for deleting my account. They are not responding to my requirement. Today i received a call phone from bank bazar and asked to me. You are eligible for personal loan so do you want to know the bank schemes and interest rates now.? I said ok. After my reply they told me now you are not available for personal loans. If you are eligible we will contact you again then ended the phone call. After few minutes i got a message regarding about cibil score. That showed my cibil score is reduced by 109 points and it is now 733. So i must need to delete the bankbazar account and my personal information from it

Please deactivate my bank bazaar profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. after completing the process they never revert for vouchers as committed
Never fall in the trap of bankbazaar site. They show lot of offers and when we register we get lot of calls for the follow up. And when the deal is completed, when we ask for the vouchers they dont answer the calls properly or respond to the email at all. Very very pathetic experience with the bankbazaar. As a customer i never recommend the services from it

I had checked my Experian Score on this website but now they appear to be accessing my credit score without my continued consent every month.
I consider this a serious violation of my right to privacy and hereby request you ask Bankbzaar.com to (1) delete my profile (2) delete all cache and previous credit reports (3) delete my PAN number (4) delete my gender (5) delete my addresses (6) delete my Aadhar (7) delete my phone number (8) delete my e-mail id.
Further, it is rather suspicious that there is no direct option to delete one's profile on the website. It is almost as if they are tricking people into giving their data in exchange for a credit report (which, as a regular subscriber to CIBIL website I now realise is always at least two months old).
Kindly ask them to update me regarding the cancellation and deletion of my profile via e-mail.

demand of aadhaar as id proof

I applied for a Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card through the BankBazaar.com website. I was contacted by a BankBazaar tele-representative and after verifying that I made the application, I was transferred to one Mr. Asif in their Documentation department, who offered to assist me through the online submission of supporting documents.
I was asked to upload my Income-Proof document first (ITR-5), which I did. Then I was asked to upload my ID-Proof which only accepts the Aadhaar Card as such proof (the drop-down menu only offers Aadhaar as an option - screenshot attached). When I told him that this is a violation of the recent Supreme Court order, forbidding private companies from demanding Aadhaar for authentication purposes, he said that no other ID-proof is acceptable, and that without Aadhaar details, my application cannot be processed. And in spite of me repeatedly telling him that their demand is illegal, he continued to insist that they are within their right to demand whatever document they choose.
What blatant disregard for the legal rights of a consumer by this company and its employees!!!

Sir, today i have applied hdfc credit card through bank bazaar.com.in view of that a representative of said call me for this purpose and send link for update my address proof, pan card but when i proceed to link there have only one option for i'd proof as aadhaar card, i do this, but when i download their apps. App. Show all of my bank card and account numbers. I think it's will be wrong with out my knowledge. What can i do.. Above this.

Dear concern,
I need to bring this very frequent concern in your kind attention.
I have applied for the indusind credit card via bankbazaar application id :[protected].
The card has been delivered by the indusind bank on 16th july 2018.
Now it is on bankbazaar to check the application status with the bank and process the gift voucher which should be taken care of automatically but they failed to do it.
Initially when i have raised the concern, the bankbazaar executive communicated that the amazon voucher must come with the welcome kit, so i asked the indusind bank and they denied for the same.
Later when i write to [protected]@bankbazaar.com, they called and said that the credit card must be approved within 45 days which was not communicated to me in any mode when i was applying for the credit card. When i asked for anything in writing that would have been sent during the application, they were failed to do so.
Then i escalated this issue to the [protected]@bankbazaar.com, the bankbazaar executive confirmed by saying that you are eligible for the gift voucher, since then i have been asking for the update and not getting any positive reply from the team.
Even when i call the bankbazaar customer care center, they always say it has been escalated and has been taken care of on the top most priority which i failed to see because its been months and no update has been provided to me for the same.
So i request the indian consumer complaint forum to take some strict action against these kind of concerns as they are cheating the customer consistently by giving deals & offers and later failed to provide what they seems to commit in the beginning.

I am getting disturbed a lot by promotional messages by this ### company on my mobile no.[protected]. They are frequently sending the mesages with different sender names like HP-VTRAVL, HP-RESTAT, HP-FTCRAW, HP-CDSCR, HP-ALERTS and so on. There will be link in the message which opens bankbazaar.com. Regarding i have been complaining on their messenger page since 21.07.2018. But no action has been yet and they kept on sending messages to my mobile which is disturbing me a lot. I think they are doing it purposely. If it happens again i will complain in police station.

Yes. I too registered mistakenly. I am getting calls in my working hours. They just keep calling again and again if I disconnect the call. Receiving bunch of messages daily. Their support email and contact number both are useless. No response all the time. They should be from hell.

I have applied for a home loan from icici bank through bankbazaar site. Where they assured me that if loan got disbursed till 31st of july 2018 they will send 5000/- amazon vouchers. Now when loan get disbursed on 31st july 2018 from icici bank (Loan no. Lbmum[protected]) i called & mailed them several times to issue the vouchers to me. But there is no response from bankbazaar side.

Dear team,
I have done a grave mistake of applying for bank credit card thru bank bazaar, the problems of my life started in the form of text messages and incessant telephone calls that would not stop inspite of repeated requests. I have learnt a serious lesson not to login or browse this damn site today. I want to complain to the forum today about similar spite of others who face similar harassment from this company. It should be taken up & penalized in appropriate forum for its corrupt practices and invading privacy of netizens.
I have received more than 38 text messages and 40 calls at odd hours in the last 3 days. I humbly request the concerned authorities to cancel the license of bank bazaar.
