SIR, I have deposited Rs.80/- as on 02/03/2011 J.NO.12265361 THROGH TANSFER FROM MY A/C NO.[protected].I have alrady sent Rs.1080 as on 20/09/2010 from my a/c no.[protected] vide journal no. 18569340 but till today i have not received any book ( 2 books of banking guide by subramanyam),you have taken very long time,i am requesting you from last 3 months but no one is hearing my request,if can not deliver,plz return money

I have ordered a book from JS INSTITUTE of Banking and Finance bangalore.The book is of prme importance to me. They have send the book on 18th Mar 2010 as per the email of the DEAN by registered post no B_0106.
But till date it is impossible for me to trace the book as I could not gather any information by visiting the Bamunimaidan Post Office where the book is supposed to come.
